I had an issue with a door wasn’t sure if it was the lock or the door mechanism. Rang on the off chance to see if they could come out. The did. Said would be there within 30mins indeed they were. They sorted the issue and all back to normal use. Very reasonably priced. Would use again.

What excellent service from Ken at the Yeadon branch. I needed a key cutting for our very old camper van. Ken did his best to find a match, even calling for more advice - but he conceded that he didn't think he was going to able to do it. While I was shopping Ken must have still been on the case as when I was leaving, he called me over to say he'd located a key blank that he though would work! He did it there and then and it works perfectly. Fantastic customer service!

A very helpful and polite member of staff, I visited to buy a new collar tag for my dog, the shopkeeper engraved the tag in no time at all. I also had one of my daughter's shoes , the sole of which was begining to come unstuck, the guy was happy to glue the sole back and didn't charge me anything to do it. I will use the shop again!

I took my watch for a link removing and the battery changing, and a pair of shoes that needed the soles repairing. I was expecting to be told to collect them another day. Old upvc front door lock was working with door open but not closed. Phoned Andy at Home Secure Leeds. Here within an hour with no call out charge. Identified the problem immediately. Both glass panes out and frames repacked and reassembled within an hour. Replaced the non snap-proof lock with one top of the range. No fitting charge as he was already here. All work guaranteed for a year and the new lock with a ten year warranty. £145 very well spent on a fixed door now with top security. And what a nice man.
