Following a rather unpleasant experience with a botched roofing job, we asked Chris from CA Roofing solutions, if he would come and inspect the mess we were left with. Without hesitation Chris came round and assessed the damage, he took photographs of the problems we had been left with, and explained to us what was required to put things right. His communication was first class, he did what he said he was going to do and even when there was a requirement for obtaining additional roof tiles, he went out of his way to source them for us, he even travelled to Gloucester to collect them at his own expense. Chris and Jason then spent three days working in what has been the hottest week of the year, they arrived on time and were pleasant and informative throughout. The work was carried out in a very professional manner, they took time to remove all the rubbish and cleaned up after them. Many thanks to Chris and Jason from myself and my wife. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I noticed a small leak in my flat roof. I contacted diamond fiberglass and Ali came round the same day. He did a small repair immediately whilst explaining options if it didn't work. Of which the small repair worked perfectly. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them as a company.

The communication was excellent, and when they attended to carry out the works, they were polite, honest, and got on with the works required. Needed a flat roof re felting, new to the area so googled local roofers and Rounds came up along with a couple of others. Phoned for a quote which was phoned through to me on the same day as visit. Job took 3 days (once the October rain stopped), Pete and Si work well together, tidied up as they went and made sure I was happy every day before leaving. Great job, reasonable price and would recommend to anyone!

Our roof is over 50 years old and looking very tired. A few broken tiles, covered in moss, ridges and chimney need re-pointing too. Alex and the guys arrived bang on time and did a fantastic job. Bratt builders are Brilliant. The two tradesmen "Hugo + Dave" who repaired my chimney stack were smart, polite + informative. They discovered the problem very quickly. We asked Bratt builders for a quote to repair our chimney as we had a leak for a while and needed it rectified before doing some other work inside the house. I contacted Rob for a new roof quote after seeing his work on a number of houses, near to where we live. After inspecting my roof, he said my roof was the original (86yrs old) lath and tile roof and had no lining under tiles and recommended that a new roof with a lining underneath the tile and quoted a fair price, Rob was friendly and professional explained exactly what work was to carried out and offer professional reassurance on the situation. I contacted Rob after reading reviews on Google. I was not disappointed. He inspected my roof and recommended insulating from the outside by removing external tiles as the first floor is in the eaves. The work was carried out the following week and upon completion, there was an immediate improvement in warmth. I’m sure this will have a positive effect on my heating bills.
