I can’t speak highly enough about the service Simon provided to us recently in replacing a motorised valve in our heating system and servicing our CH boiler. He diagnosed the problem, carried out all the work in a thorough manner, including spotting & reporting, future potential issues, left the system working and thoroughly checked, and cleaned up after himself. Brilliant. Genuine trade, very fairly priced, all done in the timescale indicated. If you need a plumber/CH Engineer you need look no further. Simon is my first call from now on. Simon of Wards Plumbing did a great job replacing taps on bath and hand basin and fitting new waste to hand basin. Very professional with lots of knowledge and experience. Highly recommend him.

I have used Wards for many years now, Simon is a genuine person who I trust and would recommend.He is reliable ,friendly and knows what he is doing.I have recently had a new boiler installed which is excellent. Great service, Ace Plumbing Emergency Plumber technician came out within an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Went above and beyond to fix various problems and had the boiler up and running in no time. Really nice bloke and very professional and experienced, much appreciated.

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. The group of men working on our bathroom were highly respectful. I would chose them again and definitely will be recommending to friends and family! We can highly recommend ProPlumb365. Michael & Greg (not forgetting De the tiler & Mike the plasterer) have done a fabulous bathroom refit. This has involved gutting our old bathroom,moving the toilet,(adding a new soil pipe),new lighting,piping & floorboards. Good attention to detail.Checked with us as they got to different points in the work to ensure it was as we wanted. Arrived on time & completed it in the time they said. Honest pricing,trustworthy (important if you have to go out whilst the job is done), polite & friendly. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the result.They will be our ‘go to’ plumbers in future.

On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Stuart has just left after a job well done. He put in a shower+ enclosure in an ensuite along with a shower seat/grab rail. He also sorted out two leaks for us and fitted a new vanity unit and outside tap. His standards are high, he is quick, any mistakes he rectified and he was honest. Reasonable price, prompt and keeps his word. Recommended by our neighbours and we too will recommend him.

Paul installed our boiler couple of years ago .We were very impressed with his pleasant personality and work ethic .He worked diligently and made sure that we were not unduly disturbed . Since then he has provided service to our flats ,including landlord lord certification , servicing the boiler and maintaining central heating . Recently there was a problem with our Saniflow. . We contacted Paul and he informed us this is most probably due to blockage in the pipe work .He later on replaced the pipe work whish remedy the problem.He is a very pleasant and likeable person and I have no hesitation in recommending him .

Darren and Connor fitted a new boiler and radiator to replace a back boiler and fire for my 92yr old mother in law. They measured up and quoted a very reasonable price for an energy efficient combi boiler. On the day of the installation they disconnected the old appliances, water tank and gas fire and ensured everything was safe. New gas and water pipes were fitted and the boiler installed, all with very little fuss and mess. The whole system was checked and tested but a small leak was found in a section of the old pipework which the guys kindly repaired. Everything was setup as per my mother in laws needs/requests and the system is running perfectly! I cannot recommend DP Pluming & heating highly enough!! Darren and Connor were fantastic, professional, tidy workers who really did a 1st class installation and really looked after us.

I obtained the number from Willenhall Life magazine. I phoned on Wednesday afternoon and arranged an appointment for Friday. Darren arrived on time,diagnosed the problem with the toilet, and explained exactly what needed doing and said he would phone back the same day with a quote. He phoned back with the quote within a couple of hours. I then asked if he could fit me new bathroom and kitchen taps. He again phoned me back with a quote and did his best to supply me with similar taps,which we were very happy with. The appointment was made and he arrived 15 mins early and checked it was convenient .He made an excellent job.He was also a clean worker,leaving the place as clean as when he came. He left a detailed receipt with contact details. The price we paid we were happy with and we would certainly recommend this company.This was 2weeks ago and everything is fine.
