Luke came out promptly and quickly sorted a leaking tap for my mum - great service. Would definitely recommend him.

Luke fitted a new boiler into my home. Was a fantastic job. Turned up on time, job done nice and quick and was left clean and tidy. All for a good competitive price too! Would highly recommend.

A great service today from Luke he was here in 15 mins and was honest with the problem with my heating boiler has it was due to lack of electricity supply. Problems due to storm in village with electricity supply. Checked the pump incase it had blown. No call out charge. Lovely guy. I will be using his company in future.

A few days ago the central heating wasn't coming on when programmed but there was still hot water. Having been given Simbuild's contact number by a friend who had told me that Simon had done a good job, I gave him a call and he was able to come and assess the job the next day. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently but a leak was found which he came back today/the next day to fix. Fully working system again. 5 Stars!

Simon started on Monday as he start, bright and early at 0800 hrs and he did say they would be totally finished by around lunch time the next day and was true to his word. Simon couldn't have been any more professional, but friendly and courteous at the same time. Whilst you can only imagine the work that went behind the new boiler replacement, they were so considerate of property items as well as personal items. It was just 5* rating all the way through, it really was. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Simon is a perfect gentleman and exceptional gas engineer with broad technical skills. New Worcester-Bosch combi boiler installed within budget and timescale. Extra work also done (new TRV’s, radiator move, toilet flush valve, kitchen taps, garden tap) all to a high standard. Many thanks.

Simon tried his very best to get our old boiler repaired but it was way beyond economical repair so a new one was installed. Simon did a fantastic job from the first time he attended to the completion of the new boiler installation. Really can’t fault the work and service from him and would recommend to anyone unlike others who couldn’t even bother to come after appointments made and no contact to explain why not . Brajan from BS Plumbing quoted me for a replacement outside tap. He arrived when he said he would, removed the very old leaky tap and installed a nice shiny new one which is awesome. He also quoted me for some other plumbing jobs whilst he was here so I know how much they will be when I have saved the money to get them done :)

Brajan was quick to respond to my job post, came to my home and gave me a quote that same morning, then arrived on time the next day having let me know in advance that he was on his way. He was friendly, efficient and neat, fixed a leaking toilet and tap in no time – would definitely use him again!

I booked Pete in to replace my bathroom taps after they were left in a mess from previous builder. Pete was reliable explained what needed doing and finished the job to a great standard. Would definitely recommend him.

Peter came to our rescue after we accidentally drilled through some pipes and he has since been back to fix some other issues. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and was patient in answering all my questions. Excellent service and will definitely use him again and be recommending to others.

We have used Pete on a couple of occasions and I would have no hesitation in using him again. He is extremely professional and explains what he is going to do in a clear and concise way. Was friendly, professional and very professional. He explained all the work that he did. The job was excellent and he obviously cared about the quality of his work.

Our garage roof was in a terrible state, with roof boards and one beam starting to rot away. Greenhill Works replaced the decayed felt garage roof, and replaced some rotten boards. Also fitted fascia and new guttering and downpipe for us. We chose Greenhill Works after getting a lot of quotes from numerous companies. We went with Greenhill because Keith gave a very reasonable quote, came across very well in person, he sent a full breakdown of the elements of the quote and explained everything well in advance. He also explained why a rubber roof as suggested by other firms would not work. His team was able to start the work very quickly, another reason why we chose them. Keith and the team arrived at 8am on the day of the work, and worked solidly for over 6 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and provided an invoice before payment by bank transfer. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

I am really happy with the work Adam and Ryan did on fitting my new kitchen sink waste pipes. They fitted me in around their jobs, were polite, efficient and very helpful. I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining later on and a couple of rogue slight leaks from my new sink and they came back, same day, and fixed the lot. I’d recommend them to anyone! We used optimal plumbing to renovate our holiday home bathroom,we trusted Ryan and Adam with the keys the work was great and they left the place spotless, it’s the second time we’ve used optimal would not hesitate to recommend also the price was reasonable considering the distance.

On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. I would very much recommend this Company Dominic and his sons Did great job had my up stairs bathroom completely redone from bath to shower walls panelled toilet sink floor tiles loved it so much just got them back to sort out my down stairs one nothing to much trouble

Dominic was fab! We had no water running through the house and he was there within half an hour and solved the issue. Very friendly and helpful!

Brilliant service Just want to say a massive thank you to Joel for putting my bathroom back to how it should be. I had a bathroom refit in October by another fitter. The fitter ruined my bathroom and left me with leaks. Contacted Joel who said he could sort everything out for me, and he did not disappoint. I called based on the reviews for my clogged toilet. Joel came today, and he was very helpful and considerate to ensure how to resolve the issue before making any redundant damage. In the future, when needed, I think he will be my first option.
