Had a gas pipe altered ready for a new oven to be installed. The guys were able to come and do the job at a convenient time, professionally and quickly. Service was above and beyond, they were a really friendly pair of guys that came to do the job. I would definitely recommend this company for others to use

Contacted APG as I wanted new radiators replacing old and install few new, Andy came and discussed what I wanted and he recommended the best radiators and explained what he would do. Nice lad worked hard on the weekend very tidy work cleans up after himself. I've recommend APG to family and friends as a reliable plumber

Andy and his team installed a combi boiler, 3 new radiators and new outside tap for us. They were punctual, polite, nothing was too much trouble and they left the house clean and tidy. I would highly recommend and with definitely use them again. Thank you to you all.

Highly recommend this company used them on a number of occasions first for a new Boiler and radiators to be fitted and second time for a new bathroom suite. Andy came and we spoke about the best options and he talked me through how he was going to do everything. He's very hard working and always left everything tidy. Brother showed up the same day with the part and replaced the faulty bath waste, drain, plug, and overflow kit for a very affordable price. He left the place clean and even fixed a few existing issues. I would highly recommend his services!

Jack and Sam provided a fantastic service. Having recently had our 1970s semi re-wired, we had the Plasterer's booked in, with little thought to the plumbing. As a result of acquiring a kitchen, it accelerated our plans to upgrade the kitchen, too. We approached Butch's Plumbing with little time and little understanding of house renovation. Jack was incredibly patient, discussing options and trying to suitably advise our circumstances. Quote was provided in writing, and a start date allocated. Leading up to the day, Jack provided an arrival time, and work commenced. Jack and Sam worked diligently and professionally within a challenging space (during half-term with us, the dog, and the kids in the home). Butch's plumbing, completed within the predicted timescale, left the property in great condition and promptly responded to any follow-up snagging. In addition to the works commissioned to undertake, Jack also highlighted how a different contractor (which had relocated gas meters on most of my road) had incorrectly fitted the meter, undermining it's safety. Jack voluntarily committed to contacting them to rectify. As a professional tradesperson myself, it's always great to experience when other trades strive to provide a professional solution that you might yourself. Butch's plumbing provided a great all-round professional service, which was reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Renovations are stressful enough without the addition of managing tradespeople. This guy is a top bloke. Fitted me a new house of radiators - and has come to fix my boiler now it's frozen outside. Reliable and trustworthy and he gives good advice on how to get the best from your boiler or whatever you're having and how to save money. Cannot recommend enough I've already booked him for work later in the year.

Dave has been courteous, punctual and professional. He has really gone above and beyond to sort out our boiler and has visited a couple of times to restart our boiler whilst awaiting new parts. I would certainly highly recommend Dave without hesitation.

We used DPS to fit our new boiler and radiators and are so happy with the quality of the products - all of which were recommended by DPS. He also took time to give us a full and thorough demonstration after installation on how to use the new system til we understood how everything worked. We were also really impressed with the pipework - all pipework was fitted well, the fittings are neat and presentable, you can see that DPS take pride in appearance and the job was not rushed. Dave is a friendly, hardworking and professional gas engineer and we can’t recommend using him enough, we have recommended him to our friends and family who have since booked in with him. Great communication throughout to confirm details. Punctual on day of work, got straight to work and no stopping until completed.
