After having no luck with other workmen on doing our bathroom and kitchen, we came across Matt, and so glad we did! Professional, honest, and very hardworking, with total respect to the home he is working in. He works to your given brief to stay within costs, but still delivers that high standard of work! Recently had a new boiler installed by Butch’s plumbing and heating. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Jack explained everything that was happening along the way and was very professional. Fabulous service. The senior engineer, Sam, was very professional and did an amazing job 👌🏼

Jack and Sam provided a fantastic service. Having recently had our 1970s semi re-wired, we had the Plasterer's booked in, with little thought to the plumbing. As a result of acquiring a kitchen, it accelerated our plans to upgrade the kitchen, too. We approached Butch's Plumbing with little time and little understanding of house renovation. Jack was incredibly patient, discussing options and trying to suitably advise our circumstances. Quote was provided in writing, and a start date allocated. Leading up to the day, Jack provided an arrival time, and work commenced. Jack and Sam worked diligently and professionally within a challenging space (during half-term with us, the dog, and the kids in the home). Butch's plumbing, completed within the predicted timescale, left the property in great condition and promptly responded to any follow-up snagging. In addition to the works commissioned to undertake, Jack also highlighted how a different contractor (which had relocated gas meters on most of my road) had incorrectly fitted the meter, undermining it's safety. Jack voluntarily committed to contacting them to rectify. As a professional tradesperson myself, it's always great to experience when other trades strive to provide a professional solution that you might yourself. Butch's plumbing provided a great all-round professional service, which was reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Renovations are stressful enough without the addition of managing tradespeople. Butch's plumbing are more than tradespeople, their professionals. Great work, guys!

Had Dave out to look at a weeping water tank. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and just all-round sound bloke. He’s the only plumber I’d go to now!

Phoned Dave when we had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling the day we returned from holiday. He was with us within an hour and had the fun task of finding the leak between the ceiling and floorboards. Dave found the leak and repaired the pipes that had pin holes in them, left everything clean and explained any next steps with insurance etc. Not only did he do a top job but he is a top bloke too. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Dave was really professional, good and efficient. I discovered a radiator leak very late last night and I was able to contact Dave around midnight... He responded straight away and agreed to come out the following morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend Dark Knight Plumbing.

I needed a shower plumbing in, rang Dark Knight plumbing, Dave came round and assessed the job, but it was not as straightforward as first thought. Leaks in pipes I didn't know about , stopcock seized etc. Dave sorted everything out for us. This guy is a great tradesman, he is honest and reliable, and he knows his job.. He charges a fair price for his work. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.. Oh yeah, he has got a wicked sense of humour too. Well done Dave.

Joe carries out our annual boiler service and has also completed other jobs for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and always provides a professional and efficient service. All jobs are always completed to an extremely high standard and everything is left so neat and tidy. I highly recommend Joe and we would never use anyone else.

Finding reliable tradesmen has been nigh on impossible across all trades. Joe is one of the best I've found, professional invoicing and job descriptions stating exactly the work you're paying for, so no awkward conversations later, his work is of a high standard, he's very clean while working and cleans up well when finished. He fitted a new boiler for me which has been faultless since install. There is no one I'd recommend more for any plumbing job.

Each year the boiler is serviced and an affordable cost and at a convenient time and date. I have found Joe to be friendly, polite and trustworthy in not only his work but also in the advice he gives, he does not pressure sell and will give an honest account of what is happening. Needed a plumber to fit in a outdoor tap. Made contact, he came within 50 mins. Installed it within 1hr. Great person and great work

Called him and sent photos and explained problem. He came out within the hour and replaced my tap as it had gone beyond repair. Very reasonable price and resolved it quickly. Cannot fault him. I highly recommend this plumber.

Brother showed up the same day with the part and replaced the faulty bath waste, drain, plug, and overflow kit for a very affordable price. He left the place clean and even fixed a few existing issues. I would highly recommend his services!
