I would just like to say a massive thank you to Christian from City Heating UK Services Ltd Solihull. I have had 2 other companies try to fault find the issue with my boiler with no luck. Christian took a logical and methodical approach to identify the fault and promised to get the parts and install them on the same day which he did at 7pm on a Friday evening. I now have a warm house and a heating engineer that I can trust and will use again.

Christian responded quickly to my requests and provided good advice. He installed a replacement gas boiler at the price he quoted and in a quicker than expected lead-time. He turned up when he said he would and the job was done on time. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

We have just bought our home and the sellers has left us with a broken boiler. We rang Christian and he was able to help, the same day he came out and checked our boiler and gave us really good advise. Just few days after that he was able to fit us a new top of the line Greenstar Worcester Bosch boiler and fix issues regarding our taps. I would 100% recommend City Heating and Christian as he helped us so much. If we ever have any further plumbing or heating issues we know City Heating will be our go to company.

Jack provided excellent service on two toilets with problem cisterns. The back to wall toilet needed a full service which Jack provided at a very reasonable price. Work completed promptly and without any problems. Highly recommended!

I contacted Jack the Plumber through Check-a-Trade. He responded really quickly, communication was very clear. He visited within days to view the job and provided a quote quickly. The quote was hundreds cheaper than another one I received. He made clear in advance what was needed and explained clearly why it was not straightforward - I would say that overall his communication was very clear. The job went very well. From the first contact communication was excellent. A new mixer shower was supplied and fitted within 4 working days. A leak on our kitchen sink outlet was fixed at the same time. Jack, and his son Chris, arrived at the arranged time. Both jobs completed efficiently and no mess created. All at a very, very reasonable cost. Totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this excellent company.

I chose MH Heating Solutions because one of my neighbours recommended as they had already done some work at their home. I looked at their website and the reviews, and now that they have completed the work in my place, I can't agree more with the comments of other clients. My boiler was one with a water tank and boiler together and I had it replaced for just a combi, so they had to do a new installation. Stephan, Martyn and Charlie worked on the installation, and they were great. If I hadn't known that the work was going to be made and I had been out those days and coming home, I wouldn't have noticed that anyone had been at home, except that the heating was now working!!! Everything was perfect, super clean, tidy. The water pressure is really good now, heating is not noisy when it starts. So it has been a pleasure to have the work done by MH. I will give them a 5+ score as on top of that their price is very competitive.

We've been using MH Plumbing and Heating for the past seven years, both in our old house and our current one, and they've been consistently brilliant. Martyn services our boiler annually and recently fitted our new kitchen mixer tap—my wife is absolutely thrilled with it! Martyn is exceptional at his job—he knows his trade inside out, is always polite, punctual, and thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. On top of that, he's got a great sense of humour, which makes even the more tedious plumbing jobs a bit more enjoyable! We have been extremely impressed by the service that MH Heating Solutions have provided in relation to our new boiler installation. From our first conversation with Elaine we felt at ease that MH Solutions were the right choice for us. Martin came around at a prearranged time and we discussed the project which not only involved a new boiler but also increasing the size of the pipe work to comply with current regulations. The installation was carried out by Stefan over two days and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He worked hard and came up with a great solution to installing the new pipe work without lots of upheaval. It was neat and tidy installation and we were left with both heating and hot water at the end of day one. He explained how the new boiler operates and demonstrated it after testing. We had a follow up call from Elaine after work was completed and she ran through the after sales process and servicing schedule. Overall we cannot fault the service that we have received from MH Solutions and would thoroughly recommend using them for any heating needs.

Elaine and Martyn provided outstanding service. Their engineer Leon was equally outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. They supplied and fitted a new boiler for my business at a very competitive price and averted a potential crisis. My recommendation could not be any higher. Pam came out to us on very short notice to fix an issue we were having with our hot water. As well as sorting the issue he was friendly and considerate towards our house. He also took the time to explain the system to us and show us some tips and tricks if we encounter issues in the future. All in all a great service, one we will definitely be using again

Very reliable, good communication and returned my phone call. I really struggled having called 10 different plumbers. He was very professional, easy going and even gave us a small refund because two components weren't required. I wonder how many would just charge you regardless. Based on previous reviews we chose Bal to quote for some work on our porch that required attention. The whole process was really slick, from the first visit to discuss the scope of works through to the job itself. Bal has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with several jobs around our house. Jobs included new ceiling in porch with light, putting up 2 new ceilings, new flat roof and some new lights, fixing and connecting a new dishwasher, fixing a sticky lounge door amongst others and all at a reasonable price. He is very honest, reliable and left each job clean and spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bal to my friends and family. I only wish I had made contact with him sooner. You will not be disappointed.

I've always had a great service from Ian and the team. They changed my boiler a couple of yeara ago which they did for a good price and were efficient. Can't praise Ian enough, an engineer that was recommended to me came to do a service on my boiler. He left after less than an hour breaking the boiler and leaving water dripping out of it . Rang them yesterday lunchtime to enquire about fitting an outdoor tap, they happened to be around the corner finishing a job and came over immediately to look and quote. I was at home today and they came around in the morning and finished the job in two hours. Both Jason and his son Cameron are friendly and polite and confirmed everything has they went along. From call to completion in 24 hours! Couldn't be happier.

Jason came over the following day for a toilet leak and fixed the problem straight away and also put some silicon around the base of the toilet. He was very efficient and pleasant in nature and when I asked how much he didn’t take any money off me because he said he was only here for a short time. To go out of his way to sort my leak out and not charge me was very kind of Jason. Definitely will be using him again for any future work.
