Pam came out to us on very short notice to fix an issue we were having with our hot water. As well as sorting the issue he was friendly and considerate towards our house. He also took the time to explain the system to us and show us some tips and tricks if we encounter issues in the future. All in all a great service, one we will definitely be using again

Very reliable, good communication and returned my phone call. I really struggled having called 10 different plumbers. He was very professional, easy going and even gave us a small refund because two components weren't required. I wonder how many would just charge you regardless. Very knowleagable and was happy to explain everything. Will Definately be our go to plumber.

He took over a large job on my behalf when I was let down by another contractor and, mid project, immediately understood not only the urgency, but the priorities we faced. He completed a tremendous amount of work to the highest standards in a timescale that would have challenged several men! I've always had a great service from Ian and the team. They changed my boiler a couple of yeara ago which they did for a good price and were efficient. I've also had subsequent boiler and fire servicing from them which has been thorough and spot on. I recommend IC Services them to anyone looking for experienced and reliable heating and gas engineers.

Can't praise Ian enough, an engineer that was recommended to me came to do a service on my boiler. He left after less than an hour breaking the boiler and leaving water dripping out of it . Found Ian on Google , he turned up on time and fixed out boiler , He was extremely professional and knowledge able, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had a problem with my toilet systen, phone Malc , he got it sorted for me, it’s nice to be able to rely on someone that when they say they are going to turn up they do and to be given a reasonably quote for the job they will be doing, would highly recommend.

Excellent services. More than 5 stars. My toilet had leakage from one of the pipe, also my kitchen sink kept drippings. He responded quickly and helped me to fix the problems efficiently. He is so helpful, professional and also friendly. The price is reasonable also transparent. I definitely will ask him to help if there are any problems in the future and highly recommend him to my friends. He kept the areas clean and tidy, this is so impressed. Just had my regular annual service from Status. This was the first time Abdul has been to my property, he did a fantastic job, he was really thorough. He spent the time cleaning out my aging warm air system, I couldn’t believe the amount of dust he managed to vacuum out of it… I really feel confident going forward the next 12 months knowing that my boiler has been serviced properly. Would highly recommend this company, especially Abdul.

I have just discovered Status Heating through a friend; I had a service contract with British Gas for many years but this year they have almost doubled the price. A friend recommended Status and they came round and did a survey of my system then did a thorough service. They charge less than British Gas old price . Very pleasant man that came to us, great high quality service.

Contacted Keith regarding a blockage preventing my toilet flushing and shower draining. Keith was very knowledgeable on the phone, came out same day. Even though Keith couldn't fix our problem, he suggested what we need to do now and who to contact, what they are likely to do and what the worst case scenario could be. Didn't charge me as couldn't do the job. This wouldn't deter me from contacting Keith again. Good honest reliable tradespeople are hard to find

Stuart was very proffessional and informative. We had issues with the drainage system at our business site for years and other drainage companies said they couldnt do anymore about it, Stuart managed to sort the issues with our drainage and have had no issues since! You can really tell that this guy is experienced and knows what he is on about. Highly recommend. 5*.
