Rang them yesterday lunchtime to enquire about fitting an outdoor tap, they happened to be around the corner finishing a job and came over immediately to look and quote. I was at home today and they came around in the morning and finished the job in two hours. Both Jason and his son Cameron are friendly and polite and confirmed everything has they went along. From call to completion in 24 hours! Couldn't be happier.

Jason came over the following day for a toilet leak and fixed the problem straight away and also put some silicon around the base of the toilet. He was very efficient and pleasant in nature and when I asked how much he didn’t take any money off me because he said he was only here for a short time. To go out of his way to sort my leak out and not charge me was very kind of Jason. Definitely will be using him again for any future work.

Highly recommend! Stefan did an amazing job replacing our old system boiler with a combi, including moving installation to the airing cupboard upstairs, all done in two days, with no fuss. And all at a very reasonable price - half of what British Gas quoted.

I chose MH Heating Solutions because one of my neighbours recommended as they had already done some work at their home. I looked at their website and the reviews, and now that they have completed the work in my place, I can't agree more with the comments of other clients. My boiler was one with a water tank and boiler together and I had it replaced for just a combi, so they had to do a new installation. Stephan, Martyn and Charlie worked on the installation, and they were great. If I hadn't known that the work was going to be made and I had been out those days and coming home, I wouldn't have noticed that anyone had been at home, except that the heating was now working!!! Everything was perfect, super clean, tidy. The water pressure is really good now, heating is not noisy when it starts. So it has been a pleasure to have the work done by MH. I will give them a 5+ score as on top of that their price is very competitive.

We've been using MH Plumbing and Heating for the past seven years, both in our old house and our current one, and they've been consistently brilliant. Martyn services our boiler annually and recently fitted our new kitchen mixer tap—my wife is absolutely thrilled with it! Did what was said on the tin, Swift Emergency Plumber. This is the second time I have used Sean’s services. The first for a faulty and noisy bathroom sink tap where the fault was quickly found and fixed. The second was to disconnect an old gas oven and for a gas safety check on the house. Everything was done professionally, quickly, and to a high quality for a very reasonable price. Sean was also very friendly and trustworthy. He has become my go to plumber - Highly recommend!

Ralph came round at short notice and got some radiators working that we hadn’t managed to get on since we moved in a year ago. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and stayed to ensure everything was working properly. Tidy and courteous. Would highly recommend.

We called Touchwood Plumbing on the Sunday between Christmas and new year after a fault with our boiler meant we had no hot water or heating. The engineer came out the same day and did his best to fix it. However it needed a new part. The engineer informed me that the boiler was still under warranty so the part could be replaced by the manufacturer. Not only did he check we were covered but he arranged for an engineer from the boiler company to come out with the right part and replace it at no extra cost to us. Fantastic and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Can't praise Ian enough, an engineer that was recommended to me came to do a service on my boiler. He left after less than an hour breaking the boiler and leaving water dripping out of it . Found Ian on Google , he turned up on time and fixed out boiler , He was extremely professional and knowledge able, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

However, Ian dale of I C Services has stunned me with the quality, speed of progress, adherence to agreed tasks and timelines, and professionalism. Stuart was very proffessional and informative. Contacted Keith regarding a blockage preventing my toilet flushing and shower draining. Keith was very knowledgeable on the phone, came out same day. Even though Keith couldn't fix our problem, he suggested what we need to do now and who to contact, what they are likely to do and what the worst case scenario could be. Didn't charge me as couldn't do the job. This wouldn't deter me from contacting Keith again. Good honest reliable tradespeople are hard to find

Just had my regular annual service from Status. This was the first time Abdul has been to my property, he did a fantastic job, he was really thorough. He spent the time cleaning out my aging warm air system, I couldn’t believe the amount of dust he managed to vacuum out of it… I really feel confident going forward the next 12 months knowing that my boiler has been serviced properly. Had a problem with a 10 year boiler making strange noises. Booked on line at 7am for an engineer to visit and they were there before 9am. Old boiler was knackered, they quoted a very good price for a new one and installed it the following day. A very professional job. Thank you to Sam who was top class, very respectful and I think left the house cleaner than before he arrived - enjoy your retirement. Free servicing next year as well and good finance options. I have just discovered Status Heating through a friend; I had a service contract with British Gas for many years but this year they have almost doubled the price. A friend recommended Status and they came round and did a survey of my system then did a thorough service. They charge less than British Gas old price . Very pleasant man that came to us, great high quality service.
