Excellent prices. Excellent service. I had three wasp nests and was going on holiday and he came and sorted everything even though we were not there. I had a further problem when we returned from holiday and they came out straight away and sorted another wasp infestation in a lift area. He only charged me for the spray product. I contacted Neil and his team in desperation after months of issues with rodents in my loft and other companies unable to eradicate the issue. Neil, Sue and the team have been wonderful they put a plan in place, did necessary repairs to my roof, even came out at 9pm on a Sunday evening (and didn’t charge the earth)! I can’t thank them all enough and would recommend them 100 times over I am forever grateful ☺️

What a great service Neil provides. Contacted Killverm 7.30pm Saturday night due to a Rat coming through the floor under our cupboards. Neil was out within the hour to investigate and set traps. Returned promptly Sunday morning close off the access as needed. Highly Recommend and very reasonably priced.

OMG I cannot recommended Neil enough! Heard scratching in my loft once established through setting cameras it was a rat - traps down and he was caught within the hour!!!!! Amazing service as he came back to dispose of. Reset trap in case anymore. Hopefully I will sleep tonight!

Called Black Dog due to a wasp infestation in my roof eaves. Matt sorted me out with a next day slot. Arrived as promised and dealt with the problem efficiently, coming back to ensure the issue was resolved. Very good prices too. A friendly, professional service. Called Matt at Black Dog on two occasions over a year ago for mice and more recently for rats (our cat died 2yrs ago didn't realise how good she was with rodent control 🥴). Had a wasp nest removed by Richard. He was extremely professional and was with us within 24 hours. He took his time to talk us through what he was doing and very conscious we weren't to close or could get stung. One visit sorted out issue but had a follow up call and promised a revisit of it was needed.

Can’t express highly enough the service provided by Rich. We suggested that we might have rats and was with us within 3 hours. In fact, we had a magpie stuck in the chimney: Rich identified the problem and was able to rescue the bird and set it free. Sorry for the late review. We had an active wasp nest in our single storey roof. Please do not try and eradicate one yourself as we tried to. It didn't work and we got stung! Called Aries Pest Control who booked us in and within 1 - 2 hrs of the treatment, they had all but disappeared. They were very angry at being sprayed but it did the trick. Brilliant. Will definitely call again if we have any more.

Excellent service from Dan (DJB Pest Control ). From first phoning him to his prompt actual attendance at my house to sorting my wasps nest out. Kept me updated throughout what and why he was doing what he needed to……. highly recommended. Quick update. : Dan got to me at 0900hrs, From a busy busy wasps nest and a hive ( pardon the pun ) of activity, it’s gone very quiet at Wasps Nest HQ. . I called Daniel on Thursday about a nest in under the soffit at the top corner of my house. He arranged to visit today. Daniel keeps you informed about time of arrival, and was here promptly as arranged. Daniel explained about the problem, he treated the nest and also checked my loft He reassured me that if after a couple of days I was still experiencing any problems at all he would be back to use another treatment as part of the service. What a great service, Daniel is informative, courteous, friendly and very professional, five stars and highly recommended.

Had two wasps' nests in roof-spaces in the summer. Would normally leave Nature alone if not posing a danger/threat, but in this case they were preventing roofers from proceeding with some essential repairs. Great service from Pat at Malpass. We had a wasps nest above our front door. Pat was round a couple of hours after I contacted him and did the job quickly and effectively. Pat was lovely to have around and took a keen interest in what we, as a family, were up to with the rest of our site renovations; and gave my daughter a great overview lesson in the process he was going through and also wider info on bees and wasps which she found interesting and educational. If we have anything in the future, we'll be calling Malpass for sure!

I don't normally write reviews but I can't praise Malpass Pest Control enough. I got through on the phone easily - spoke to a person and not a machine! Came out the same day despite being very busy. On time and very helpful and polite. Reasonable price as well. Hopefully won't need pest control again but if I do will definitely use Malpass.

Dave arrived when he said he would, was polite & knowledgeable, made sure he dosed all of the entry points (of which there were 10 of them high up along a large stretch of exterior Wall where the roof tiles meet) and didn't leave a mess. Wasps one day, none the next. Would definitely recommend 👌
