We used Kat and her team for our wedding venue draping. The team at Shiny People did an amazing job and everyone complimented the draping and said it made the venue come alive. Before the day, they were prompt to reply to emails, very competitively priced and went above and beyond to find fabric that suited our theme. On the day, Kat herself arrived promptly and worked effortlessly by herself. I would highly recommend this company for any of your events- they are a talented team who deserve all the recognition and I wish them every success in their business!

We had our wedding at Swallows Nest 13/09/24 and it was PERFECT. Booking Swallows was the best decision we ever made. The attention to detail, communication, reassurance, service, staff.. everything was phenomenal. All the way through the planning up to the end of our wedding day, they were SO supportive and brilliant. Everything was how we wanted it. The staff on the wedding day, from our amazing coordinators to the bar staff, all were excellent. We can't thank them enough for the most perfect day.

We knew we wanted to get married in a barn, as soon as we walked into the Swallow Nest we knew it was our venue. The run up to the wedding we were kept in the loop, every email answered in record time and every little question I had, the team ensured they found an answer. Special mentions have to go to Leanne and Beth. Leanne saw my vision and got it perfect on the day, no job was too big or small. The day ran so smoothly and she took away every anxiety I had. If there were any issues on the day I was unaware and I am positive it was all due to Leanne. Just such a joy to be around, our planning meetings with her were so organised and she would always be replying to my endless emails. I feel like we had a special connection with Beth- she was the member of the team that showed us around that first time, she always would go out of her way to come and speak to us on the endless open days we attended and the evening of our wedding she was a super star. Always making sure me and my husband had drinks in hand, being a great MC and even grabbing me some paracetamol at the end of the night. Nothing was too much for her or any of the team. I loved the intimacy of the venue even when people were outside, in the shoot room or the barn it felt like we were all together. Every guest that came to our day mentioned how nice the venue was. Our day was perfect from start to end and the venue was such a huge part of it. Thank you so much to all of the Swallows Nest Team.

I’m not sure words can express how amazing Swallows Nest and the team are but here we go! From the moment we looked around at our first viewing Abby and the team were amazing, always on hand to answer any questions, throughout our whole planning process no amount of viewings were too much we managed to take several family members over to see the venue before the wedding. The whole planning process was so smooth and easy thanks to the staff shoutout to Alice, Beth and Leanne for always being at the end of an email and helping us through our planning meetings. The big dah was fabulous, Leanne was on hand all day, and we didn’t have a smooth morning with a poorly flower girl! But everything was handled so professionally and smoothly it really relaxed my nerves! Leanne took my vision and created it so perfectly it exceeded everything I had envisioned. When Beth took over in the evening again everything was handled so professionally and she really did make the evening with how she made sure guests were where they should be. The serving and bar staff were also fabulous, constantly making sure we had a drink in our hand and checking our food was okay. The venue itself is stunning, the courtyard is a gorgeous little sun trap and the rest of the venue has amazing views. We really did have the best day and we wish we could do it all over again.

Swallows Nest Barn is a real treasure of a venue. The barn, courtyard and surrounding areas are naturally stunning and make for a great setting and photo opportunities - they only need some small touches to make your wedding unique to you! The staff are 10/10, every single one of them puts in so much effort to give you a wonderful day! The food is also fantastic by Lemon Zest, and we even managed to add on an ice cream cart! We had an unbelievable wedding here in July and our guests also had an amazing time. Would 100% recommend this venue!

We booked Make It Special Events for our wedding last August. I’d shopped around for a venue dresser and Make It Special were competitive and recommended by our wedding venue, Mythe Barn. I’m reviewing Instagram it was clear that they were regularly at the venue and knew how to create a beautiful setting. I’m quite a detailed person and had a very specific idea of exactly what I wanted - however after time working with Jo and Wendy on the proposal I had so much trust in their creative vision and eye for detail that I was open to their ideas and suggestions. Prior to the wedding day itself they created a mock-up of the table setting at their site in Atherstone. This was so useful as it gave me the opportunity to see in advance exactly how things would look and make changes. I know I’m biased but what they did on the day I believe to be one of the most beautiful settings I’ve seen at Mythe Barn. It was so classy and elegant and exactly what I’d wanted, if not better! Jo and Wendy are an absolute dream to work with - they are so hard working and have amazing creativity and attention to detail. I cannot recommend them highly enough - book them, you won’t regret it!

I am writing this review as my wedding day has finally came and what an adventure it has been. When we first set a date, the thought of planning a wedding alongside working and raising a family felt overwhelming. Although I must admit a part of me was telling myself 'you can do it'. However, I kept procasinating and was uncertain where to start (is it the flowers, dress, venue.. lots of questions). I was recommended and introduced to Georgie from Lux Wedding Planner and had only ever seen wedding planners through watching films (my expectation was quite high!). Georgie did not disappoint. The relationship you build for me is the key to wedding planning and through Georgie's friendly authentic nature, curiosity, listening skills and understanding, it was easy to develop a relationship that was the foundation to create my dream day. Georgie was on hand and ready to negotiate and communicate on my behalf which reduced so much pressure. I was able to share my ideas and Georgie listened and was able to find ways to bring this to life. And Yes, my wedding was the dream I had as a little girl. Most importantly, Georgie showed great care and enthusiasm in her work which is a testament to her character. When the day finally came, Georgie was there- It is funny to think Georgie was once a stranger to me and now she is sharing one of my most precious memories with me and as I reflect - there is no one else I would have had to support and share it with. Georgie took all the stress from me in the day, allowing me to embrace the day and ensured everything moved smoothly. Even running to get my lipstick for my photo (sorry Georgie!). Georgie provided on the day coordination and planning support in the lead up to the day itself. We reached out to Georgie about 6 weeks before the wedding when we both felt we needed a bit of extra help in getting our To Do List down to the next level of detail and when we realised we wanted to have extra support on the day with our wedding being split across two venues. Georgie was with the bridal party on the wedding morning as we got ready, ensuring everything went like clockwork. We were all ready exactly on time, feeling so calm and relaxed that we all ended up playing UNO around the kitchen table in all our finery! She was then supporting us throughout the whole day, and as she knows Hampton Manor so well, she works really seamlessly with the rest of the on the day team. We couldn't recommend Georgie enough. It's sometimes hard to explain exactly what a wedding coordinator will do if you haven't worked with one before, but Jon and I have both reflected after the day that she was worth her weight in gold in terms of ensuring things ran smoothly.

Georgie helped us plan our wedding at Hampton Manor over the eight months leading up to the day. The whole experience was smooth, calm, stress-free and most importantly, the outcome was a day and weekend where not one thing could have been any better. Georgie listened to us, was proactive, solved problems and was extremely responsive. She also knew that we were both busy with work and so made things very digestible for us and ensured our time was taken making decisions once and with all of the information in front of us rather than in a piecemeal way. There is absolutely no way we could have planned and run the day ourselves. In short, a perfect outcome and an incredibly smooth process to get there.

Wow! Working with Georgie was a dream from start to finish. Not only was she the ultimate professional with clear communication, vision, and support from a suppliers perspective, she was a constant support to the Bride, Groom and guests throughout the wedding day. Wow, where do we begin! We had a lock-down wedding and planned a small intimate event. They planned the wedding and pre-party going above and beyond for each event. Dream moments were outstanding, they were not only decor artists, but they planned the itinerary from start to finish. They sat down with us and gave us visuals with a mood board of ideas and themes. They worked within our budget and Harry & Kam were always just a phone call or message away. My wife was particularly stressed about the events but the team were great at putting all our worries at ease. My husband and I got married in this hall in September 2024. I honestly cannot compliment the staff at Supreme enough. From our very first preliminary tour and meeting through to the very last, the staff particularly H, Dina and Andreana were so attentive, friendly, approachable and helpful! We had a particular vision of how we wanted the hall to look (autumnal deep reds and oranges) and we completely placed our trust in the decor team and my oh my did they bring our vision to life. Aside from being nervous on the day when I walked into the hall and saw how it looked I felt so emotional because it looked exactly as I dreamed. The attention to detail was absolutely second to none and three months after the wedding my husband and I still get approached and complimented on how beautiful our wedding day looked! The overall price was reasonable given how much they had to offer as well as the add ons they had available such as gol gappe and fruit platters to make the day extra special. If you’re thinking of booking your big day here, take it from me you’ll be in safe hands.

The Matharu’s team recently planned our wedding reception and they did not disappoint! We had a theme for our reception we wanted to achieve, and Harpreet and his team went above and beyond for us, and they exceeded our expectations. Their concept ideas were new and extravagant, ensuring our reception would be unique to us and for our guests. They were attentive to what wanted to achieve, and most importantly, a very supportive team throughout the entire planning process, right until the day of the party. We felt like we were able to trust the team from the very beginning with our plans, and we didn’t ever have to worry about anything. Being in a group chat enabled us to raise queries quickly and we also were able to speak to Harpreet directly when required. They treated us like family, and were always welcoming when we visited the venue. We wish we could go back and experience the decor again - 4:44, they not like us!! 🙌🏽

We got married in 2012 and I cannot believe it was 10yrs ago now. We originally picked up Alexis card at our chosen wedding venue and I knew then that it was meant to be. Weddings are incredibly stressful in soo many ways and I am very particular. We didn’t have the luxury of being at the venue the day before due to another wedding, so the first time we we’re going to see the room all made up was the same time as our guests. Alexis met with us, she discussed our wants and need’s and organised and pulled together all the details for the day. Nothing was too much trouble and honestly if I got married again, I would have Alexis. On the day of the wedding Alexis viewed the church to ensure everything was as it should be, she went on ahead to the venue and helped orchestrate suppliers/musicians/photographers/staff/guests etc… when we arrived at the venue, I was literally blown away. It couldn’t have gone any smoother and I honestly put that down to having Alexis. Her communication, organisation, attention to detail is second to none. Well Alexis quite simply what would we have done without you! Roll back the clock to our first meeting in 2019 who knew what was going to hit us on our road to marriage, many things that could go wrong went wrong and that is without the global pandemic added to the mix! From our very first meeting we knew you were the one to create our special day, you made us feel incredibly relaxed and understood our vision straight away. On the lead up to our big day in April 2020 I never once felt stressed (which is incredible because you are often told how stressful the process is!) but the difference is by having you we knew everything was under control, you are so organised and meticulous in everything you do. However February 2020 arrived and so did news regarding a virus, fast forward and we went into full lockdown and postponing of the wedding, we were devastated however despite this complete first and unknown event, you were absolutely fantastic and we could not have got through it without you. We managed to have an intimate mini wedding in August 2020 which was beautiful and then our full vision of our reception in August 2021 which my goodness was the best day ever! If we are honest it is hard for us to write down exactly how much we apricated everything you did for us because words really aren’t enough. We honestly could not have done it without you and we are so thankful and blessed you came into our lives to orchestrate one of the best days of our lives. Alexis we cannot and will not be able to ever thank you enough, you simply are the best!!!
