Called Matt when I had a problem with my EIS ignition on my W221 S Class Matt diagnosed what he thought the issue was on the phone and was bang on correct. I travelled up to the West Midlands to see him and he resolved the issue in less than an hour - something that I was being quoted 5 days+ via the post. Can't recommend Matt enough - he really knows his stuff - swift and friendly service. My new go to contact for anything Mercedes electrical related.

I contacted Adams Central Locksmiths when locked out of my house recently. I am pleased to report that the issue was resolved within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday evening. Although resolved relatively easily with the correct tools, the cost represented excellent value for money against comparable quotes obtained by local companies. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant service. Bank holiday and we were really stuck with a dropped French door that wouldn’t shut. The chap arrived in less than an hour and sorted it out as well as advising us on how to get it fixed permanently. Well worth the call out fee.

It wasn’t an emergency but Simon still came out the same day to take a look at the problem, he talked me through everything explaining in detail what the problem was and went to get the necessary parts even giving me the option of quality refurbished parts to bring the cost down. Outstanding customer service will definitely be using again.

Steve was friendly and professional and replaced the mechanism in my Parent’s door that wouldn’t open. The whole process took four hours from my phone call to the repair and this included an hour getting a part. Excellent service.

Called CDS at 8pm and he picked up immediately! Gave him a run down of a problem i was having with my vehicle, where the car wouldnt switch on as the key and the immobiliser had an issue. Was given a quote at a very reasonable price! He came to my house within an hour, diagnosed the issue and provided me with a fresh key, as well as fixing my old key. Very happy with his work and he was both prompt and friendly. Cant recommend CDS enough!

My key snapped in half after 6PM with no other companies available on hand immediately. Randomly rang up this company, Kamran went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. He made sure the key was working and I got home safely. Cam was recommended to us by a family friend and we have used his key replacement service twice. We have been very happy with the service provided as he has been extremely helpful & very professional whenever he has come out to do key replacements. Excellent service. Hassle-free. Arrived promptly. Payment method was easy. Definitely recommend. It was an urgent situation. Vulnerable adult inside, and carers unable to gain access. Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.

I needed three window locking handles assessing. They all needed replacing. This was done within an hour of inspection despite going out to get the handles Service was done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything was done exactly on time and the work was carried out without error. If I need a locksmith again I will not look anywhere else.

Highly recommended. Very polite and helpful team. I needed an antique lock to be picked and they didn't leave until they had resolved the issue. And also helped with another door lock whilst on their visit. The arrived at the agreed time and were super helpful and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Brian was super helpful. I needed an emergency locksmith on a Saturday morning as my mum was locked in her house and carers couldn’t get in to give her her medication. Brian was so prompt and caring which was definitely needed in this moment. He was over within the hour, solved the problem and dealt with my distressed mum! Highly recommend him. He charges a fair and reasonable price and not extortionate.

Had an issue with my VW Caddy today, battery died and the keys wouldn't work in the doors as someone has changed the barrel in the ignition but not the doors. Shaf came out and managed to open the door, cut a new blade key, and got me back on the road. Top service 👌

CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.
