Spencer installed a much needed second plug socket in our bedroom. His methodical explanation of the multiple steps needed to complete the installation (and why) was impressive as it wasn't a straightforward job. It was evident he really knows his stuff, it immediately provided me with peace of mind. He did a brilliant job, I was delighted with the results, the price of the work and the clean up! The room was left exactly as it had been beforehand despite him needing to pull out and replace half the carpet in the room not to mention the extensive rewiring needed! Would recommend without hesitation to friends and family alike in need of an electrictrian

We had a full extension completed and Spencer from Gravesham electrical completed all of the electrical work. this involved over 40 sockets and over 30 light sockets. Throughout the process and work, Spencer explained all of the work he was completing and his experience/knowledge was amazing. Great service, good price and he makes a mean cup of coffee ! I contacted Spencer to get a quote for fitting three ring floodlight cameras and he was quick with communication and setting a date for installation. There was a problem with one of the cameras being faulty and he gave me good advice and came back to retest it for me. I’d definitely call him for future electrical work.

I have been very pleased with the recent installation of a combi boiler and radiators with Kentish Plumbers. They have provided excellent communications throughout, provided great advice on different options and been very patient with me, quoting these scenarios, especially Will. Joe, who did the installation and made many recommendations, did a really neat job, despite me wanting a radiator in an awkward location! Lucas undertook some our boiler service and additional smart thermostat installation. As always, he was quick to give guidance and advice and always prompt to reply to any questions I have. First class service - I would not use anyone else.

Lucas is very knowledgeable professional accomodating and friendly as well. Oil boiler I have is quite old however given clean bill of health after full service and new part which has now totally removed the smell of oil that had recently started prior to Lucas visit. Very reasonable price and great to get it all done in one visit. Highly recommend giving Lucas a shout if you have oil boiler needs :) Definitely now our boiler person.

Couldn't recommend Lucas enough. We had an issue with the pressure gauge on our boiler and found Precise Plumbing and Heating through trust a trader. He fitted us in that week, arrived promptly and fixed the issue in good time. He was friendly, thorough, explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the service and would book him again in future.

He has fitted a new boiler, and has now serviced it, he reminded me and again fitted me in when convenient with me.
