All Division Building have literally carried out most of the works I’ve had done in my house and because of these guys, my home is stunning now. My bathroom has been transformed and I couldn’t be happier with it. The guys are so professional and reliable, the quality of their work is amazing and they also happen to be such a friendly team. I would 100% recommend ADB to anyone wishing to have any renovation works carried out in their home. I wouldn’t use any other team now!

Can't recommend Lewis highly enough. Did a fantastic job of replacing our worktops, tiles and sink a few weeks ago. We straight away asked about replacing the floor so he came back last week and yet again did a fab job. Lewis and Dan are tidy, polite and very professional.

We hired Graham and his team earlier this year to create an open plan kitchen / diner using the existing space. From the very first meeting, we were hugely impressed and immediately filled with confidence. Having never done a project like this before, Graham offered advice and guidance throughout the process, and was incredibly patient with us from start to finish. The team was friendly, polite and unobtrusive, making the whole project amazingly smooth and hassle free. They took the time to discuss decisions with us, keeping us informed and updated every step of the way. Graham himself also visited almost every day to oversee, chat things through and ensure we were happy. With a baby due this Summer, we were concerned about timings and disruption, but the team met their expected timeframes perfectly (6-7 weeks) despite there being bank holidays and some uncontrollable delays during that time. They tidied every evening before leaving and went above and beyond to be considerate and helpful. We are so, so pleased with the final result and feel it's transformed the space in our house for the better. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend JA Maxwell & Son, and will certainly be using them again for any future projects.

We recently worked with J A Maxwell & Son for loft boarding. Although a relatively small job, they were quick to organise for a site visit and we really appreciated their advice on how we could get the job done properly without over-spending. We went ahead with their quote which was more cost effective than others we had received. The team worked to schedule the work in around our needs and kept me informed at all times. The builders carrying out the works were polite, friendly and extremely efficient, completing the job in just a few hours and leaving everything clean and tidy. Based on the great experience we had, we would highly recommend J A Maxwell & Son for any residential building works, and will not hesitate to approach them for larger projects in the future.

We removed a wall in our 1930s house to open up our kitchen to the dining room at the beginning of the year. We’re delighted with the results. Graham and his team completed a range of jobs including installing an RSJ, fitting a new kitchen, plastering, decorating… Graham communicated very well making the process straightforward. The fees were reasonable and the team were tidy. I highly recommend.

From the first meeting with Graham to the finished product ... The builders were amazing at every point. Gary and Dan spent a week in our house completing 2 separate jobs. Knocking through our living room into the dining room and moving a wall in the kitchen They were respectful, trustworthy and gave any advice we asked for to ensure we had the best outcome. Their work was impeccable and we are so happy with the finished product, at any point we had a question there was always someone to ask including ... who was always available over text to ease worries and answer questions. Would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who asks and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have entrusted Mario for many years now with all sorts of home renovation projects and so have several of my friends. I also use Mario's skills at my dental practice for the same reasons. Mario is highly skilled and reliable. He is also very pleasant to deal with and his charges are very reasonable. He is also very flexible with his work times and will do his best to accommodate your needs. Mario comes highly recommended and I can't imagine anyone feeling disappointed with his level of detail. We are absolutely thrilled with our renovation work. HRS not only has very high standards of craftsmanship but also gives great advice on where to buy good quality materials at reasonable prices. We felt that we could leave our property in the hands of HRS knowing that at the end of each day the workmen would leave the building site in an orderly state. HRS has years of experience and they want you to be happy with the finished project. This is the third time we have used this company and we have wholeheartedly recommended them to friends.

Jon has carried out many jobs for me to a very high standard over the last 8 or 9 years - the biggest and most recent one being to completely paint and decorate my ground floor maisonette. He is very trustworthy and professional and so I had no hesitation in going out to work whilst he got on with it. He is also very clean and tidy, positive and cheerful, has a good work ethic and offers valuable advice based on many years of experience. I have recommended him to several friends and neighbours and they all feel the same. No job is too big or too small for him.

A very efficient, helpful and hard working person who put a three panelled trellis fence up for us and a wonderful wooden washing line because ours had broken. He sourced the materials and informed us of the options giving prices so we could select what we wanted before he came. He brought the materials with him and the work was so good that several of my friends have now asked for his contact details. He is good at tiling too as replaced a large cracked one of mine in the bathroom and it looks great. Very good value for money and no job is too small for him

Simon was an absolute pleasure to have. He gave very useful advice on our garden. His work was very good quality and I would definitely have him over again and recommend him to anyone! Simon spent two days modifying electrical bits and pieces that have mounted up over the years. His mate Lewis assisted with plumbing jobs. Both worked incessantly and did extra jobs that resulted without question. They finished late on a Friday without a hint of a moan. I would have! Throughly recommend Simon and his small team.
