Rob has professionally managed my application for a dropped curb, through the council, ensuring measurements, the drawings and plans meet all requirements of a complicated process. His hard work and time taken in fully explaining all of this, was informative and extremely helpful. I had been daunted by this process for the last two years, and Rob enabled a successful application.for us. Rob and RJ installed a vertical and horizontal beam for me sunk into the ceiling with a big padstone in the footing. They went above and beyond when performing the job to make sure everything was completed on time (even with unexpected plumbing and electrical systems in the way) Rob was working till 9 on a friday to ensure the job was completed so I could get my kitchen sorted. They had a great system to keep everything clean and as dust free as possible. They were extremely professional and price wise very fair, coming in well under some massive quotes I received. They were also very attentive to my partners working situation (with clients in a home salon) Honestly could have not asked for more from Rob and the team. Choosing someone to undertake the job was not something I took lightly and spoke with about 10 contractors, I immediately knew I wanted to use RJ as soon as he started speaking, and its a decision I’m incredibly relieved and happy I did

Highly recommend - Rob was our main point of contact throughout and his knowledge and expertise put our minds at rest from the start. Rob was joined by various members of the team throughout the process, all of whom were friendly and courteous. Rob was always happy to talk through the steps and provide advice and guidance, he also guided us on matters that weren't directly related to his section of the build, which was extremely helpful. The conduct of the whole team was great and they left the site clean and tidy (as can be seen in last pic). Nothing was ever too much for Rob and we send our thanks for all of the hard work undertaken.

Before and after pictures. Rob and his team worked extremely hard and transformed our garden, removing tonnes of earth at the back (by the wall), preparing and landscaping the ground, adding the substrate for drainage and finally laying the pre bought artificial grass. Really happy with the result, Rob and the team very respectful and even let the boys help. Would definitely recommend!!
