I contacted Matt at the weekend as rain was coming through our front door causing puddles in the hallway due to an issue with the rain deflector. Matt responded and answered many questions by text even though it was the weekend and he advised on what to do. Unfortunately we couldn’t resolve the issue so Matt came out a couple of days later to replace it for us. He was polite and professional. I am very pleased with the job.

Matt recently came to fix a lock at my home. This was the first time we met, and I would recommend his services, as he was really personable, friendly and efficient and showed great initiative (grabbed lock prior to attendance) and was flexible in working around my needs, given I'm a working parent, which was greatly appreciated.

I contacted Matt on Saturday for a quote to hang a heavy mirror. Quote received quickly and job completed by Monday afternoon. Fast, efficient service and really friendly. Would highly recommend and will defo use again for other jobs.

Steven fixed my roof 6 years ago. Money was tight but he did a temporary repair to get me by a couple of years max. It is still going strong! He has been back last week to sort another repair for me and as always a great Job and price, he is very informative, honest and is super friendly with good chat. I would recommend him 100% he is always the first person I think of if I need help, I never have any worries that I will be ripped off. So he will always be my go to. Thanks Steven.

Quick response from Steve, came next day, assessed the jobs I needed, suggested solution with reasonable price. Steve was polite, friendly and reliable. Job done and priced as promised (fitting two radiators and checking for source of damp on the wall and cleaning gutters) and he is booked for further work to be done. Very happy with the service. Definitely recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

They we so quick to respond. I spoke to the other partner which then directed me with Steve as he handle the assembly job. He gave me a call the next day and we had a day booked. He was punctual, efficient, quick and professional. We couldn’t assembly the second wardrobe as the sliding doors wouldn’t go up the stairs but he talked in a calm way and still tried his best. The price wasn’t bad in fact it was the lowest when compared to other quote I received. Steve was so helpful he helped with little bits at no extra cost. Thanks so much Steve. Would definitely hire him again.

Amazing service and very easy to contact/communicate with! Everything was assembled perfectly without any complications and Glenn even offered to remove all the leftover cardboard waste which saved me a lot of time! Glenn was very quick to respond to my request and was able to come and do the work the next day, which was great! He is a very friendly chap and seemed genuinely happy in his work. He came to assemble a piece of furniture for us, which he did excellently, but he was also happy to help with moving some other items of furniture when I asked him. Very reasonable price for what he did. I would definitely recommend him and won’t hesitate to call on him in the future if we need anything similar doing again :-)

Stuart decorated our house in Whitstable from top to bottom - walls, ceilings and all woodwork. He did an absolutely brilliant job, was extremely neat and meticulous, and kept us up to date on progress with regular comms and pics. Highly recommended!

Amazing service from the company. I was after a pergola for the garden and not quite sure what to get. From the initial quote to all the work being undertaken. I was always updated and advised. Dave and co did an amazing job building the pergola. It's looks amazing, and already have a few people jealous of it. The attention to detail and care taken over the job was second to none. Will definitely be returning with the next job needed round the house.

We had an old boiler removed and decided to make the space into a store cupboard, after being let down twice we found The Beach Buoy, Dave, and despite his heavy workload he made time to look at the work required , gave us a very reasonable quote and built the most amazing cupboard within a few days. The work was very intricate as it had to ensure access to certain switches. Dave is such a professional and his right hand man, Harrison was brilliant, always a smile and calmed down our two noisy dogs. Thank you so much for giving us a bit of luxury in our kitchen. Grant and the bossman carried out the repair on my mother-in-laws shed and they did an amazing job. Very professional, courtesy, kind and respectful. I am retired and was lucky to find David's Company. Isaac has been doing most of the work and he has been extremely professional in everything he has done. David has also been very helpful and anyone else from the company who has come to assist have all provided the same standard of excellent service. Also they were all chatty and friendly...
