MD Building Services recently completed a single storey side extension which included fitting a new kitchen, utility room, bathroom, renovating original parts of the house and a new patio. We are so pleased with the finished results. Mark and his team were excellent to work with. Mark kept us informed every step of the way, solved any issues that arose quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to ensure everything was as we wanted it. We genuinely feel that he and his team looked after us, listened to us, and completed everything to a high standard. Steven fixed my roof 6 years ago. Money was tight but he did a temporary repair to get me by a couple of years max. It is still going strong! He has been back last week to sort another repair for me and as always a great Job and price, he is very informative, honest and is super friendly with good chat. I would recommend him 100% he is always the first person I think of if I need help, I never have any worries that I will be ripped off. So he will always be my go to. Thanks Steven.

Quick response from Steve, came next day, assessed the jobs I needed, suggested solution with reasonable price. Steve was polite, friendly and reliable. Job done and priced as promised (fitting two radiators and checking for source of damp on the wall and cleaning gutters) and he is booked for further work to be done. Very happy with the service. Definitely recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

They we so quick to respond. I spoke to the other partner which then directed me with Steve as he handle the assembly job. He gave me a call the next day and we had a day booked. He was punctual, efficient, quick and professional. We couldn’t assembly the second wardrobe as the sliding doors wouldn’t go up the stairs but he talked in a calm way and still tried his best. The price wasn’t bad in fact it was the lowest when compared to other quote I received. Steve was so helpful he helped with little bits at no extra cost. Thanks so much Steve. Dan fitted new skirting board, shaved a door that wouldn't open/close after a carpet was fitted and fixed another door that wouldn't close fully. He's very professional, a good communicator and even cleaned up when finished. Would definitely use him again.

I can’t recommend Danny highly enough. I had a very minor bit of DIY that I needed help with and not much time to get it done. It was such a small job I was almost embarrassed to ask but Danny came to the rescue. He reassured me there’s no job too small and very quickly and professionally did what needed to be done. He even carted the left over rubbish out to the bin store for me afterwards. Polite, friendly, professional - I’ll definitely be using his services again!
