The treatment to get rid of rats is still ongoing (but working) and I couldn’t be happier. Care is taken not to injure pets, prompt, reliable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. This number is a permanent fixture in my address book and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

This company is brilliant! Matt and Charlotte are so reliable, professional and genuinely helpful. On many occasions have I had to contact these guys, and each time they've responded quickly, effectively and sorted the problem in a timely manner. As a property management company we have used this company on a number of occasions at multiple properties and they have always been very friendly and reliable. Matt was really helpful, arrived when he said he would, which was an hour after I called him. He had finished work for the day but still came and sorted out my wasp problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, does a great job at a great price.

We've called Russell out twice recently as we've had two wasps nests within a month! Must be the dry hot weather 😩 On both occasions we received prompt efficient service, the first time on the same day. Good job done and no wasps by the following day. What a decent reliable man. Had to contact this company as my elderly mother found a bed bug! I received a prompt response from Dan and an appointment was arranged. Dan arrived and checked the property and unfortunately found quite a few in her bed boards. He advised us of the next steps and performed a treatment that day, he then rearranged to come the following week where he did a more detailed check everywhere in mums flat and another treatment. (we had got rid of the bed). He ensured that we were happy and understood the process. He has arranged a further appointment to ensure that the horrible visitors have gone. Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up. Charlie was very professional and very knowledgeable about vermin control, he was absolutely amazing. He has sorted out our issues without hurting any animals which is very much close to my heart, so I am really grateful, also something he told me which I didn’t think about was if he puts poison down there is a possibility that my cat/dogs could eat it or they could eat the dead animal which would be a hefty bill at the vets. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as his knowledge and work are second to none. Just call him!
