I am so grateful that Matt saved us from a really awful flea infestation. I was desperate and he dropped everything to help us. He was informative, thorough and reassuring. Absolutely superb, cannot fault the service in any way. I just moved into a new house with issues regarding wasp nests and rodents in the loft - reached out to Matt with a few photos of the situation, he got in touch straight away and explained clearly what would need to be done. Was onsite quickly, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about which solutions he was using and their safety level for my pregnant wife. Treatment was done and dusted quickly - immediate results, all pests removed and they haven't returned. Cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly guy, very knowledgeable, great service.

This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. My go to pest control company on Romney Marsh. John visited within a few hours of me phoning to inspect what I thought was a wasps nest. He found they were honey bees so put me in touch with his beekeeper friend who was happy to remove the bees & rehome them.

My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.

Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. I'm used to being let down by businesses not coming out when they say they will and not even bothering to communicate this. Therefore reliability is appreciated. Sean turned up when he said he would. Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. I was provided with safety instructions regarding chemicals used and the job was guaranteed, on top of that the fixed charge was very reasonable. Very satisfied customer Highly recommended.

I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. I’d heard a lot of noise under my bath and my dog was barking mad at the skirting boards , Phil managed to fit a visit in the same day which I was so thankful for as I was distraught, With his knowledge and experience my unwanted visitors were gone within a few days . I had a wasp nest in the corner of a dormer window, I had other companies visit and they told me it was impossible to get to. This company saved my bacon, straight away they had and can do attitude, they were determined to find a way and when they had found a technician with the necessary equipment to do the job they arranged for him to come out on a Saturday so I wasn’t kept awake by the wasps any longer than necessary. Absolute superstars, don’t use anyone else!

The team at Folkestone Pest Control are so responsive and helpful. We have been unlucky this year with a wasps nest and most recently a rodent but both times John came out the same day, dealt with the issue quickly and gave us lots of advice as well as answering all the questions we had. John also went above and beyond by advising about some traps which had been laid nearby our property by another party that were not legal and we have been able to ask the party to rectify it immediately – we wouldn’t have known about this otherwise. Thursday summer evening and starting the barbecue I notice a smell coming from deep in the nearby hedge. On inspection a fox had got itself caught in the fence between mine and neighbours garden and sadly departed this world. With friends coming for garden party on Saturday, I was needed to fix. I called Folkestone pest control at about 7:30pm, who arrived 8am the next day and by 8:15am the whole episode was just a memory. Super professional. Garden party was an odorous blast too.

Piers was amazing from the first phone call. I noticed we had a mouse called him and he was here not long after. Excellent customer service, very professional and very knowledgeable.
