Excellent and efficient service. Nathan was very friendly and professional and called round on the same day shortly after I phoned him. He identified and dealt with the wasps nest quickly. Would definitely recommend if you have a pest issue.

We had rats living in our loft. Nathan was really quick, professional and responsive. He carried out multiple visits and since his last visit we haven't had any signs of rats. He also highlighted a number of potential preventatives to try to stop them returning in the future. Would recommend 100% and would be my go to guy if we had issues in the future. Cheers Nathan. 5* experience from Nathan. We had a wasps nest that had formed quickly, and Nathan attended within 48 hours to assess and treat the problem. The service was fast, polite, and professional. When a family member recently had a problem with mice, there was no hesitation in calling Nathan again. He arranged an appointment and kept in contact throughout (even messaging when he was 30 minutes away). Upon arrival, the problem was identified, and treatment was put in place. Found a hornets' nest in the early hours of the morning outside of one of our bedroom windows. Nine of the hornets had come in through the windows left open due to the heat and were flying around upstairs. After a sleepless night, I phoned Kent Pest Services. Even though it was a Sunday morning and he was out woth friends, Robert came over and sorted out the nest for us. What a relief. Such great service! It is not the first time I have used this company, and the service has always been first class.

I called Kent Pest Control recently, because I have been seeing rats in my garden for the last week or so!!! The service was excellent from start to finish. A quick response to my phone call. A quick visit and a very good service. I would like to give a special mention to Frankie. He was polite and supportive. He was considerate of the fact I have a dog and explained how the rat box would work. It has been one week since his visit and "no rats". Jimmy has understood my rather complicated drain layout and as part of the initial visit, lifted the manhole and cleaned out underneath. It may well solve the problem but if not, l can call Jimmy back knowing that hes now familiar with the complexities. So £60 well spend for piece of mind and hopefully a problem sorted.

Absolutely superb, cannot fault the service in any way. I just moved into a new house with issues regarding wasp nests and rodents in the loft - reached out to Matt with a few photos of the situation, he got in touch straight away and explained clearly what would need to be done. Was onsite quickly, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about which solutions he was using and their safety level for my pregnant wife. Treatment was done and dusted quickly - immediate results, all pests removed and they haven't returned. Cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly guy, very knowledgeable, great service.

I am so grateful that Matt saved us from a really awful flea infestation. I was desperate and he dropped everything to help us. He was informative, thorough and reassuring. He kept in touch to make sure the problem was permanently resolved. The dogs have returned to their usual happy selves. This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. Charlie was very professional and very knowledgeable about vermin control, he was absolutely amazing. He has sorted out our issues without hurting any animals which is very much close to my heart, so I am really grateful, also something he told me which I didn’t think about was if he puts poison down there is a possibility that my cat/dogs could eat it or they could eat the dead animal which would be a hefty bill at the vets. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as his knowledge and work are second to none. Just call him!

Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. I'm used to being let down by businesses not coming out when they say they will and not even bothering to communicate this. Therefore reliability is appreciated. Sean turned up when he said he would. Great service and even better results!!! I contacted the company to help resolve an issue at my elderly parents house. They contacted my parents directly and arranged a visit. We thought there were rats in the loft but it turned out to be mice. Ben, from Goodwin, made a couple of quick visits and my parents haven't had an issue since. I called Goodwin Pest Management out as they are local. They were great on the phone putting me at ease and helpful and sent someone out the very next day re rats in my eves and walls. The guys who came were very helpful and respectful of my property. I have a follow up visit with them on Monday. No problems with the company and happy j called them.

I started hearing noises underneath my kitchen units, so called Goodwin Pest Management and they were able to get someone out to me that same day. Simon arrived and found mice were getting in around an old pipe. 3 visits later and hole sealed. Since then, we have had no more activity. Very professional and personable service, would use again if I had to. Highly recommend!

We had a problem with squirrels in our roof and loft space. Another company had been to our property last year and set traps. However, none were caught and the squirrels returned this year. We contacted Goodwin Pest management. Ben from the company visited and set a number of traps. This was on Friday by Monday all of the squirrels had been caught and we were able to get a full nights sleep rather than the nightly 4 am squirrel ceiling dancing. Ben was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend using Goodwin pest management.
