Charlie was very professional and very knowledgeable about vermin control, he was absolutely amazing. He has sorted out our issues without hurting any animals which is very much close to my heart, so I am really grateful, also something he told me which I didn’t think about was if he puts poison down there is a possibility that my cat/dogs could eat it or they could eat the dead animal which would be a hefty bill at the vets. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as his knowledge and work are second to none. Just call him!

Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. I was provided with safety instructions regarding chemicals used and the job was guaranteed, on top of that the fixed charge was very reasonable. Very satisfied customer Highly recommended.

Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

Dan was fantastic, came in and took over a rat problem that other companies had failed to solve, they just baited and trapped and never addressed the ingress points! Dan came and thoroughly assessed the problem made a plan of action and he was 100% spot on with the issue and he’s actions solved the problem quickly! We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind.
