Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. I’d heard a lot of noise under my bath and my dog was barking mad at the skirting boards , Phil managed to fit a visit in the same day which I was so thankful for as I was distraught, With his knowledge and experience my unwanted visitors were gone within a few days . Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. I was provided with safety instructions regarding chemicals used and the job was guaranteed, on top of that the fixed charge was very reasonable. Very satisfied customer Highly recommended.

Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up. Just after one visit we no longer had mice and he came back for 2 more visits after that just to make sure that no more mice returned. Would definitely recommend using Bounty Pest Control.

Dan was fantastic, came in and took over a rat problem that other companies had failed to solve, they just baited and trapped and never addressed the ingress points! Dan came and thoroughly assessed the problem made a plan of action and he was 100% spot on with the issue and he’s actions solved the problem quickly! He was punctual and all works carried out to a high standard, can’t recommend him enough!

Tom came around within 20 minutes of my call to remove a wasp nest in one of my garden bushes. This was very appreciated as the nest was low to the ground and near where my dogs sit. He made sure to remove all the branches to avoid the wasps coming back and took them and the nest away with him. The work is also guaranteed so they will return free of charge if the wasps come back in the same place (fingers crossed this isn't needed). I learned some things about wasps I didn't know, and Tom also thought to save the flowers from the bush which are now in a vase which was a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend.

Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. I'm used to being let down by businesses not coming out when they say they will and not even bothering to communicate this. Therefore reliability is appreciated. Sean turned up when he said he would. Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Unlike other companies i have used previously, there was no charge for the initial inspection. Sean was polite, insightful and could not have done more to reassure us. My go to pest control company on Romney Marsh. John visited within a few hours of me phoning to inspect what I thought was a wasps nest. He found they were honey bees so put me in touch with his beekeeper friend who was happy to remove the bees & rehome them.

My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.

We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly.
