Tom visited to remedy a problem in our garage and successfully treated the area in just two visits. His friendly, knowledgeable advice and guidance was greatly appreciated. Tom was really speedy in getting back to me and managed to find time for a visit despite the busy time of year! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He came up with a plan of action to deal with the present issue as well as future preventative measures. The post visit reports are also very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Tom came around within 20 minutes of my call to remove a wasp nest in one of my garden bushes. This was very appreciated as the nest was low to the ground and near where my dogs sit. He made sure to remove all the branches to avoid the wasps coming back and took them and the nest away with him. The work is also guaranteed so they will return free of charge if the wasps come back in the same place (fingers crossed this isn't needed). I learned some things about wasps I didn't know, and Tom also thought to save the flowers from the bush which are now in a vase which was a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend.

Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.

We've called Russell out twice recently as we've had two wasps nests within a month! I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. I’d heard a lot of noise under my bath and my dog was barking mad at the skirting boards , Phil managed to fit a visit in the same day which I was so thankful for as I was distraught, With his knowledge and experience my unwanted visitors were gone within a few days . Excellent service and great advice given 10/10

Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.
