I called Kent Pest Control recently, because I have been seeing rats in my garden for the last week or so!!! The service was excellent from start to finish. A quick response to my phone call. A quick visit and a very good service. I would like to give a special mention to Frankie. He was polite and supportive. He was considerate of the fact I have a dog and explained how the rat box would work. It has been one week since his visit and "no rats". Thank you Kent Pest Control for your efficient, professional, service. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Many thanks Frankie!

Jimmy has understood my rather complicated drain layout and as part of the initial visit, lifted the manhole and cleaned out underneath. It may well solve the problem but if not, l can call Jimmy back knowing that hes now familiar with the complexities. So £60 well spend for piece of mind and hopefully a problem sorted.

Mark was very thoughtful, planning our job in so that the wasps would be gone by the time schools open as our nest was by a public footpath. As advised the wasps were all gone within two hours and our garden is safe again, very pleased with the service!

Mark visits us virtually every year to get rid of regular wasp nests and is always really reliable and accommodating. After getting rid of a hornets nest for us a couple of weeks ago, he came back to shift another wasps nest I'd not previously noticed prior to him arriving. He did this without charge as he didn't have time to do both on his previous visit. Really kind. Would thoroughly recommend his services.

Brilliant! Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. He responded immediately and arranged a time suitable time for us to come and sort out the wasp problem. Cannot thank Rob from Kent Pest Services enough for responding quickly and helping us out when our dog came home from the groomers with fleas. He was friendly and gave us lots of information regarding the treatment he was carrying out and was very professional. He made sure we knew what to do prior to his arrival and after, to ensure that his treatment worked effectively to get rid of the fleas. He offered advice and was there to answer any questions or concerns we had. I would recommend Rob to anyone who needs a pest controller locally 👍🏽

Found a hornets' nest in the early hours of the morning outside of one of our bedroom windows. Nine of the hornets had come in through the windows left open due to the heat and were flying around upstairs. After a sleepless night, I phoned Kent Pest Services. Even though it was a Sunday morning and he was out woth friends, Robert came over and sorted out the nest for us. What a relief. Such great service! It is not the first time I have used this company, and the service has always been first class.

I am so grateful that Matt saved us from a really awful flea infestation. I was desperate and he dropped everything to help us. He was informative, thorough and reassuring. He kept in touch to make sure the problem was permanently resolved. The dogs have returned to their usual happy selves. This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. This company responded immediately and were on standby if any event occurred. Problem was solved within days and then monitored to ensure it was a one off incident. Thank you so much for your help.
