Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

I had a rodent in the house for 5 days. I called a pest control company, they said they would attend the property, I waited the entire day to be let down at the last minute. When I called indigo they were very professional, arrived when they said they would. The technician Christian was so professional and efficient. Tevja is calm and considered and identified the weakness in the house almost straight away. He approached the issue with an investigative mind. He also has all methods (including cameras) to fully survey the house if necessary, which is reassuring. A very diligent and trustworthy man. I’d highly recommend his services. Super quick response once I got through. I’m allergic to wasp stings, so of course they chose my roof space to nest. All done and sprayed efficiently with no fuss. Seems to have worked very quickly. Happy customer. Thank you.

Fantastic service, and Tevja is friendly and very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend. Called about a Wasp nest in our roof space around 9am, arranged a call out for 12. Problem resolved, pressure sprayed no more wasps and the nest is no more, so no future issues. The way it should be! Easy and quick!

BPC and Tevja have excellent reviews already and I wish to add mine to the list... this is not the first time that I have used BPC...and being realistic won't be the last. Tevja is very reassuring to have around because he is knowledgeable, calm and I know will get the job done. I'd like to express my gratitude to Luke for his role in solving our rat problem. Also his understanding on how much of a headache it can be to solve this problem. All the advise he gave helped us find where the rats were gaining entry into our property. Unfortunately for us it was a drainage issue. Luke recommended a drain surveyor and we discovered two redundant pipes that weren't fully sealed. We got those sealed off and have been clear ever since. If you're looking for someone to help with a rodent problem then Luke is the person to speak to. He's got in depth knowledge and will help solve the problem. Thanks Luke!

I cannot rate Luke highly enough. I called quite panicked with what i thought was a wasp nest in the loft. He came round promptly and on time, was highly knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. I would 100% recommend Luke. He is very much more a personal service and genuinely local rather than one of these big firms that pretend to be local by using their website name tailored to your town but are in fact huge and impersonal. If i have any further problems Luke would be the only one i would call.

Luke was luckily between jobs and arrived promptly. I had lots of flies in my living room coming from my chimney fire place. Luke sorted out the problem for me. He is a genuine guy. If you have a pest problem he comes recommended.

We've called Russell out twice recently as we've had two wasps nests within a month! Must be the dry hot weather 😩 On both occasions we received prompt efficient service, the first time on the same day. Good job done and no wasps by the following day. What a decent reliable man. We had rats living in our loft. Nathan was really quick, professional and responsive. He carried out multiple visits and since his last visit we haven't had any signs of rats.
