I've been a patient of Claire's for many years and couldn't believe my luck when we learned that she was setting up a new practice just down the road from us. The dental care is outstandingly good, and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, creating a very relaxed atmosphere in which nothing feels rushed. I'd highly recommend this practice.

I travel out of my way to have my teeth seen by the great team at Cobham Dental, because I am absolutely confident in the care that they give. Claire has been looking after my teeth for many years now, through orthodontic treatment and jaw surgery. The whole team are kind, courteous and professional. It is always apparent that they are focused on giving the best treatment if there is any problem, and giving great advice about how to keep your teeth and gums healthy to prevent problems arising. They are always happy to explain the best options available to me, and are ahead of the curve regarding developments in treatment. My dental health and hygiene would be quite different without their outstanding care.

The staff at Cobham Dental really focus on the care of patients as individuals and that is apparent as soon as you walk through the door. I've had various procedures performed by Claire & Mel - always extremely thorough and yet very kind, gentle and professional. First class dental services and highly recommended.

I have used Paul for many years after he was highly recommended by a friend. I have since recommended him to several others. It is worth so much to have a respectful, honest and pleasant person working in your home. He services my boiler annually but has also carried out other jobs such as fitting a Hive Heating System and replacing kitchen taps. Just send him a text/email and he responds within the day. Highly recommended

I had ongoing problems for months with my water not draining after a bath/ shower. I had several plumbers come over but the issue always came back within a few days. Paul was highly recommended to me and came out within a few days and had the problem fixed within a matter of hours and 2 months on I have not had a single problem since. Paul was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend him and will certainly use him in future for any plumbing needs.

Paul is simply a fantastic, friendly plumber who does everything to a very high standard. We have used Paul's services for a number of years now and he is always responsive and quick to help, especially when we have an emergency. I highly value and trust his advice for any issues we need fixing. His work is very high quality and he's quick to turn things around. At the same time his services are definitely value for money when comparing to other quotes. I highly recommend Paul. He should be everyone's first contact when they need plumbing and heating support.

Superb job done once again by Stewart , following doing our en-suite a while back The Kent Plumber was going to be our only choice when needing to install a new boiler, I got quotes from elsewhere anyway as be silly not too but you always worry when some are quite low & then others massively in another world but with Stewart’s expertise & knowledge we knew we were in safe hands We initially came about The Kent Plumber from a family recommendation which is always a good sign

New Boiler and hot water tank installed. We found The Kent Plumber an excellent company to work with. Stewart is knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, to make sure every part of your heating and hot water system is fully functional. Faults on the old system rectified. Competitively priced as well.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

Since joining Hartley Dental Practice I had treatment on my teeth and the dentist was very friendly, gentle, explained everything and made sure i was comfortable throughout. It was a very positive experience and i have now moved my kids to this practice also. Very happy.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

I always receive exceptional service at Hartley Dental Practice. I am currently being treated by Milan, and he is always attentive, thorough and patiently explains every step of any procedures that I may have to have and makes me very comfortable and at ease with everything. The ladies at reception and the dental nurses are so friendly and always polite and i have no hesitation in recommending Hartley Dental Practice to anyone. They’re fab!

Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Fred completed an annual service on my boiler in February 2023 in Faversham. Very punctual, straightforward and easy to work with. Referred by Heat Geeks. Clearly knows their stuff on heating controls, heat pumps and efficiency. If I were looking to replace or upgrade my heating / hot water system I know where I would turn for advice.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them to come and carry out a yearly service.
