We have been using these guys for a few years now and have always received excellent service, (no pun intended) great value and extremely helpful. Recent problems with an engine warning light were explained and resolved without issue. Most people are happy to pay for honesty and reliability, the girls and boys at Shenley road garage deliver on both.

These guys are the absolute best garage around. Diagnose brilliantly and never overcharge you. The biggest thing with car garages is trust and I’ve been coming here for years , they are not cheap but you get what you pay for including peace of mind. I bought a car from a dealership in may and I’m having nightmares with the faults I keep finding but I have to go back to them to fix. I’m thinking of screwing the warranty and just giving it to SRG and paying because I know they’ll do a bang up job. These are the guys you can trust 100% Think about it, apart from 1 person because they didn’t get a call back they’ve NEVER had a lower review than 4.

I have to give this garage 5/5. Richard and his wife put a personal touch to my coming here. I love it when a mechanic gives you honest advice on car parts that don't cost you a fortune from dealership. I had something wrong with my gear link ( something like that). So it initially had a temporary mend and then fully repaired, once I got the parts in. Everyone here, including Rhonda and all the other staff, are courteous and helpful.

A while ago I needed the clutch to be replaced. Excellent service. The price is a bit above average but it worth every penny. 1. I've got free fault inspection 2. I've got a detailed quote for all necessary works. 3. I've got estimated time for fix 4. The day before the expected fix I've got a call about additional issue and asked whether I want it to be fixed. 5. After all was done I was asked to get back after 200 miles to check whether everything OK. You feel cared which is rarity nowadays.

I cannot recommend C M Repairs enough. Richard came and recovered my car out of working hours after I had returned home from work to find that someone had tried to steal my car (keyless) and had wiped all of the engine control module. Without Richard, I would have been stranded! He then downloaded all the information again and re-programmed my keys. Honest, reliable and very fairly priced. Go above and beyond for their customers. Will only use this garage.

To put it simply, I believe I found my go to garage for life. Excellent customer service, honest prices for very skilled work, you cannot go wrong with orchard garage at all. Had my car booked in for an MOT and drop link replacement, although my car was there for the whole day, I could tell they wanted to focus on the quality of the repair instead of providing a very rushed service like these chain garages do. Once again a massive thank you and will definitely come back for more repairs/replacments.

Wow my Audi went in. Not in a good way due to other garage's not doing what they are paid for!! Orchard garage had my car 4 days it came back driving Like a brand new car WOW. I can't recommend Richard and his team enough! He replaced all my brake pads, two brake discs, and a caliper, as well as fitted a front coil spring. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a great price. Richard is not only skilled but also a really friendly and decent person. Top class service. I went there on Saturday morning after dropping off my wife at Bluewater without any booking as I need quick car servicing, which I got after a few hours waiting (as they informed me). The price was very reasonable and gave my car a quick wash too. If I was very local, I would have gone to do other repairs as I needed some to my beloved old car. I absolutely recommend this one of the top garages.

I don't know what to say about G&M. They are simply the best garage, and they save life. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and professional. My MOT failed due to some parts that my dealer said needed to be replaced; my bill with them was exactly £2,175.10 and to be done after 3 days. So I should leave the car with them and rent a car to use while my car will be done on top of that big bill. I took my car straight to G&M around 1pm. They had this good heart to look after my car on the spot while I didn't have any appointment with them. They tried their best to reduce my bill by fixing some issues, and they replaced some at a reasonable price. My final bill with them was £480 and I had my car done by 3pm on that same day, which mean everything was done within 2 hours at a price that is 4 times less than my dealer's one. I took the car to my dealer to redo the MOT, and it passed 100%. I'm speechless, I'll never finish to thank them and to recommend them to people. It was my first experience using G&M Autocentre and Bish and the team were absolutely fantastic. They really went above and beyond to repair the body damage on the car and I was very impressed by the quality and speed in which they were able to complete the work. I cannot reccomend Martyn and his team highly enough. I called him to help me resolve an issue with my car. I had been told by another mobile mechanic that had started the job, that I needed an additional very expensive part and then never came back to finish the job thankfully as it turned out. Martyn correctly diagnosed the issue offered me good and knowledgable advice and gave me a price to do the job. He and Dan turned up on a Saturday morning arriving dead on time and started the job as soon as they arrived in less than ideal weather conditions. They completed my cambelt change, replacement water pump and tensioner very quickly and charged me exactly what was quoted. Martyn is very knowledgable and a thoroughly decent man. Absolute 5 star experience with these guys. Came to my house to change all breaks and was honest enough to tell me the front ones didn't need doing. Only charged me for the rears. Van broke down this week, needed some engine mounts. Text Martyn at 7:30, he was here by 9. Problem diagnosed, parts ordered and van sorted by lunchtime the next day (on a Saturday). 10 out of 10.

I’ve been to another branch of The Test Centre before, but this was my first time at the Dartford Branch. They attended to my car soon after I arrived and it was a quick MOT with no hassle. Sue at Reception was really friendly and welcoming. I’ll be coming back to this branch.

Had a brilliant experience at the Test Centre in Dartford. i had ine closet to me, however, was recommended to visit the Dartford branch due to praised customer service. Started MOT on time of my booking and 40mins, was done. Very quick and efficient. Even though it is a little further than my local branch, I will definitely use this branch again.
