Unfortunately had to call upon Ian’s service. It was a difficult and heartbreaking decision but we had Poppy and Meg , 17 and 14 put to sleep together. They no longer suffer. Ian was kind and professional, an amazing service which allows your pet to drift away surrounded by their loving family in their own bed. Picture of the beautiful two together in their younger days.

After severe negligence by our vet, my cat Mac Mac unfortunately developed a terminal injection point sarcoma. After trying everything possible to reverse this, including holistic and emf treatment, unfortunately there was no improvement. To prevent further suffering, and not wanting to go back to the vet that caused this, I stumbled upon Farewell Friend on the web and am so glad I did. Although he had a full day, Ian kindly came back on my msg immediately and offered to make me the first visit of the day as I didn't want my young boy to be present. Ian was simply fantastic. He let me take whatever time I needed to say goodbye to my beloved cat. Similarly, after the event, I was very distraught. Again Ian let me have all the time I needed to grieve before passing her over for cremation. Although Ian in no way tried to rush me, I am sure I made him late for his other appointments. Thank you so much, Ian! You offer a crucial service, and I'm so glad my cat could pass in familiar surroundings and as peacefully as possible.

Ian was very kind and compassionate during a very difficult time for the family. He came out within the hour of contacting him. Ian explained the process of putting the dog to sleep and gave us all the time we needed with Kira after she had passed. It was a very dignified ending for the dog and much nicer than taking her to the vets. Thanks again Ian We will be recommending you in the future.

We got in contact with Ian this morning to make the heart-wrenching decision of putting our beloved 13 year old Labrador Trixie to rest. Ian arrived within 2 hours and was so professional, calming, and compassionate. He provided comfort not only for Trixie, but for our family as well. Ian explained everything thoroughly from start to finish. Thank you so much Ian for not letting our dog suffer anymore and taking care of her. Darren and his son Pete did a great job. We had a fair bit of electrical work to do such as new isolation switch for our cooker, fitting plug sockets, new fuse board and then signing it all off etc. Both were trustworthy, thorough and honest tradesman. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!

Contacted Secure Elec to help fix an electric gate problem. Fast and responsive and just the best quality customer service. A real pleasure to have Christian then come out within hours to diagnose and repair the issue. Gates now working AAA+++. Turns out he tackles electrical problems of all sorts from new installs to repairs. Definitely now on my Go to list of service providers.

Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and come to quote for the work, reworked things to get the work completed for us before Xmas, and sent across the certificate once the work was completed. We'll certainly be using them again whenever we need more electrical work done!

Simply outstanding service all the way through from my initial phone contact with Vikki who immediately understood what was required regarding my eletrical supply having been temporarily cut off by UK Power Networks and Christian who, the same day, attended my property to sort the problem and issue and email there and then, a certificate of minor works acceptable to UK Power Networks so they would then reconnect the electrical supply to my property. Highly recommended.

We have recently carried out a complete renovation of our flat, and Adam and his team at Electrically Sound have been working here for more than two weeks. In that time, they have always been friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Adam particularly is quite a rare find; a consummate "problem solver" who really seems to work miracles sometimes, when all had seemed lost! He is also unfailingly polite and cheerful, and he always does what he says he will do. Thoroughly recommended.

Had an emergency call out on a Sunday, no power at all. Adam showed up within half an hour and was done within an hour. He found and fixed the problem quickly, no time wasting, cannot fault the service. Price very good, no rip off. Will definitely use again.

He worked with Speed and Professionalism all the while conducting a conversation with us with a Sense of Humour. I found Prolectrical to provide an excellent service from first contact with their office, through to completion of the work - replacing a faulty down lighter in my hall. They clearly have a highly professional approach, transparent and straightforward pricing system and arrived exactly when they said they would. Ordered an afternoon tea as a takeaway. The stand, cups, plates, cutlery, teapot and delicious food were all delivered at a time convenient to me and in an extremely friendly manner. All the food was delicious and we enjoyed eating it in the comfort of our own home (which was handy as the weather outside was cold and miserable). We would definitely recommend.

We visited Kent loves in lenham for afternoon tea, it is a truly lovely place to have a guilty treat! Plenty of delicious cakes, sandwiches and tea all served by two very pleasant and attentive ladies . A perfect afternoon in cosy and warm surroundings. This was rounded off by a visit to the craft/gift shop with all manner of yet more treats! Thank you kent loves we will be back!

Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. Ian is always my first port of call for any electrical work I might need. I trust his expertise and honesty and I recommend him wholeheartedly.
