Honestly could not recommend this garage enough! I visited them based on a recommendation from a family member. I had previously had some really bad experiences with mechanics and the work that had been undertaken on my vehicle. Phipps did my MOT are were thorough, truthful, transparent and completely honest about what needed doing. They went above and beyond to source parts to fix my car and get it back on the road for me as soon as possible. Such a smooth, quick process and all with a smile on their faces too. To them it's just their job but to me it restores my faith in humanity knowing that there are garages out there who care about the safety of their customers and not just pound signs. The lady on the desk could not have been more helpful with phone calls keeping me up to date, pricing, receipts and just general info about my car and the work! She was extremely informative and her friendly manner really helped ease the stress of my car not passing the MOT and needing yet more work. They even have a few small cars on site that you can hire for the day incase you cannot get lifts to and from the garage and all for a reasonable fee of £15 for the day. 10/10 service and I would recommend to anyone looking for a well run, honest, trustworthy garage!! These guys are the best around!!

Had my vehicle booked in on line at short notice for diagnostic and glow plug replacement. In short the whole process was dealt with very quickly, I was advised of my options, and was able to make the right decision for me. The whole process was painless, would not hesitate to recommend Ivydene, Jayden on the front desk was a total gentleman to deal with , very helpful , knowledgeable ,facilitating and friendly.

My car needed an ‘emergency’ MOT. Ashwal called me back and managed to fit me in the next day and were even able to provide me with a courtesy car! Incredibly friendly and helpful and didn’t charge me extra despite the extra effort they put in. I can definitely recommend them, and I would definitely use them again.

Customer service that’s head and shoulders above the rest. I needed last minute repairs to my car in order to catch a ferry the following day. The Henwood team were amazing and bent over backwards to fix my car the same day! They were also clear, concise and transparent with their advice and pricing, which was very reasonable. Can’t recommender these guys enough! Called for a quote and advised it would be best to pop down for an inspection for an accurate quote. The team managed to fit me in quickly and checked my car over free of charge providing me with a cheap quote compared to anywhere else and getting me booked in so within a week Great bunch of guys with competitive prices will defiantly be using them again

I have used this garage twice now and they are honest, reliable and friendly. They have never over quoted or tried to convince me to have work done which isn't needed. It can be hard to trust a garage when you do not know anything about cars but they have always come in with the best quote and time frame. I have never had any issues with any work they have completed. Would highly recommend.

Have used this garage since moving to Maidstone 5 years ago. Cannot recommend them enough! Booked an MOT for today, when I arrived I asked if there was any chance of having a service also, even though it was last minute, they managed to do the service as well.
