Have used this place for a number of years and hands up they are the best. 1) They do what they say they are going to do and when they are going to do it 2) Technically very good 3) Customer Service is excellent. They look after my personal and work vehicles. There's not many garages about who are this good.

Had my vehicle booked in on line at short notice for diagnostic and glow plug replacement. In short the whole process was dealt with very quickly, I was advised of my options, and was able to make the right decision for me. The whole process was painless, would not hesitate to recommend Ivydene, Jayden on the front desk was a total gentleman to deal with , very helpful , knowledgeable ,facilitating and friendly.

I took my Mini Cooper S in for a full set of brake pads and I couldn't fault these guys. They replaced the pads and also reset all the fault codes on the car. They did the work for nearly half the price as the main dealer quoted. It's refreshing when a garage quotes a price and sticks to it and does the work exactly as requested - with no BS upselling. I'll definitely be using them again in future.

Excellent customer service, I had a full service, it really helped having a price for everything, there's no surprises, very helpful, plenty of time given for explanation to questions I asked, would definitely recommend 👍
