My Invisalign journey with Smïl started 14 months ago, when I first had the 3D scan, which for someone with chronically crooked teeth the process sells itself! Although my journey was long, I cannot even begin to describe the end results and how pleased I am. I’ve had my teeth whitened and my front top 4 composite bonded and now I have the smile I’ve wanted for many years. Dr Neil Underhill of Smïl is truly amazing and provides such a wonderful, professional service that is second to none! I cannot recommend Smïl and Invisalign enough. Go book an appointment now!!! I came to Smil as a nervous patient who hadn’t been to the dentist for over 12 years. I had a check up at first where they scanned my teeth and explained I’d need a filling! They were able to fit me in the following morning and Dr Neil was amazing and put me at complete ease! It was pain free and I am now hoping to start Invisalign

I am not someone to write an open review but I recently visited Smïl and the dental clinic is truly a hidden gem in Chatham. I was beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received from the dentist and his nurse. Dr Neil was exceptionally outstanding. The treatment was so precise and seamless that I felt no signs or symptoms from the tooth I had been suffering with for months. It’s as if the filling isn’t even there! Needless to say that the rest of the staff at the clinic were incredibly friendly, welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless, with state-of-the-art facilities, and their communication in between appointments is outstanding. There were couple other happy patients walking out, which speaks volume. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional treatment! It’s worth it. Thank you Dr Neil and Smil team.

Lovely caring reception staff, Debbie, puts you at ease straight away. Personally we've only seen Simon Moore and Aggie for general dentistry and hygienist but our daughter had a gap filled between her front teeth by Simon with composite bonding and is highly delighted. Highly recommend them

Excellent care from start to finish. After seeing my concerned facebook post about my daughter, Anita took the time to message me, offer advice, and reassure me. We were booked in quickly, and Anita made my daughter feel so comfortable. A tooth extraction is never enjoyable but this was pain free and super quick. 100% recommend. The dental assistant was so kind and great at distracting my daughter. Fantastic service.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

I always receive exceptional service at Hartley Dental Practice. I am currently being treated by Milan, and he is always attentive, thorough and patiently explains every step of any procedures that I may have to have and makes me very comfortable and at ease with everything. I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

Absolutely thrilled with the work done, after we drilled through the wall and buggered the electrics, we panicked and every price quote we had was astronomical.
