Great service on our doorstep, have used James for service in past so was first port of call when car broke down saturday. Sent James a picture Sunday of what I thought issue was and had a reply offering to come look Monday, Monday part was ordered from ford and work completed Thurs. Very efficient polite and knowledgeable, will definately reuse and highly recommend his company, glad I took the initial Facebook recommendation after moving back to area 18months ago and loosing my regular mechanic - so nice to have someone I can trust with my car.

I cannot praise James enough! From first contact to getting the car back, everything was super speedy and efficient. James responded to me very quickly, communicated clearly, obviously has really extensive knowledge around cars and is super friendly. My car had its MOT and Full Service and was ready in under 3 hours. All in all, James made what is usually a stressful job, easy and stress free. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else now!

I'd suggest County Garage Ford to a friend because the staff were friendly, professional and approachable. There was no hard sell,. The customer service was first class. A handover video was sent prior to collecting our new car, which was a very nice touch. On collection, our new car had been prepared to a very high standard. Our salesman, Greig Card, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use them again.

My kia picanto broke down outside Aldis at Whitstable. A lovely you man called Jay, tried to get the car going for me. He told me he worked at Ford garage herne bay. Great little garage with very helpful and welcoming staff... must be good as it can take time to get a slot! Alway use covers and paper floor mats to keep your car free from any mucky grease or oils. Totally recommended!

I have been taking my vehicles here for years to have repaired, serviced and MOT'd. Really lovely people and excellent service. Highly reccomend. There is usually a waiting time of a couple of weeks for vehicles to get booked in so take this into account. The tyre service is very fast and competitive.

Old school, quality MoT test centre, totally trustworthy, will tell you if you have a problem. No rip offs to create more work for themselves or cover ups that would cause you and others danger on the road. That's what the annual test was supposed to be for.

So impressed by Andy and Leo, from speedy initial turnout to diagnose the issue, sourcing the right part at the best price, to quickly fitting the part as soon as it arrived. WOW, what can I say about these guys just such great service start to finish. Back story. I blow up my partner's engine on the Thursday. I contacted Andy and his team on the Friday and within less than 24 hours I've gone from having a car which doesn't run to having a whole new engine fitted and being back on the road. Phoned Friday at 5pm in a bit of a situation as the wife's car failed MOT needing new discs and pads and needed the car for work on Tuesday. Not only was I given a great price but they moved bit about to help out to get this done on a Saturday. The fella that came out was highly professional and done a great job. Couldn't recommend this firm highly enough. Just found my new go to mechanic.
