Absolutely amazed by the service received by these guys. I had a crash just before Christmas, my insurance got in touch with Chris riches ltd, it didnt take them long at all to collect the car. From start to finish communication was great and the repairs didn’t take long at all. My car looks amazing, you wouldn’t even know it had been damaged, they cleaned the car before I picked it up also. I will 100% be recommending these guys to anyone. Thank you again for doing such an amazing efficient job.

Recently had an accident by other driver not giving way to right. Insurance company wanted my car written off & organised a trailer to collect it. It was totally repairable but I was hounded for days by several salvage companies. Dave at Chris Riches sourced the parts, dealt with the other party’s engineer and saved my beloved car from the being written off. Dave was reassuring and brilliant at dealing with such a stressful situation. The car was collected and returned to me 3 days later in pristine condition, cleaned inside and out. Had a non fault accident in October 24 and my car is a private hire vehicle so being off the road costs me money. Insurance company gave me a choice of 3 repairers and I chose Cris Riches as had heard they were good from colleagues. Dave, Paul and particularly Reece were all so helpful and bent over backwards to help me. They took car in Tuesday morning and as good as their word got it back to me Friday afternoon. I had a water leak issue with the rear vents in my Ford Focus Mk III (2017) causing water ingress into the boot. The initial contact with the guys at Auto Jobbs was great, both via email and telephone. A rough estimate was given and I was booked in quickly. Turned up at ten to five on a Friday afternoon as my Audi had acquired a high pitch squeal, the guys came out and within 10 minutes identified the problem, was able to book it in for the Saturday to be sorted. Wow.. The team were so kind.and did not charge me for temporarily fixing my central locking. What a lovely gesture just before Christmas.This is why it is so important to use local business and not these corporate companies who do not care about good customer service. Came in for help with a puncture. They were busy on their first day back after christmas, with reduced staff. But I had my puncture fixed in 25 minutes, and it cost me less than twenty quid. They were incredibly friendly, particularly the lady at reception, who really cheered me up after a pretty miserable day. It's a busy place, with people who seem to come back time-after-time. It also seems to be a place where people like working, had that vibe. Got my car booked in for a service next week. Highly recommended. Since had my car serviced with AAK. It needed more doing to it than an interim service in the end (two front tyres at the chord, scored brake discs - so pads as well). But they used the specific oil I asked them to, to keep Kia's stupid 7-year warranty happy. All in all, I'm poorer, but happy. I'll definitely be going back.

We had a problem with our motorhome between Christmas and new year when no one appeared to be open. The Fiat dealer turned us away without even looking at the van. We were so grateful to find these guys. Very knowledgeable and friendly and the mechanic diagnosed the problem in minutes and effected a repair straight away. We were back on the road about 30 minutes later. Really great service and reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend using this garage.

My clutch died yesterday. Called Westbere garage and they were so helpful. They towed it last night and by teatime today I have my car back with new clutch and front brakes. They were polite, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Very decent price too. I've used them before and will definitely go to them in future.

I recently had my BMW serviced at Westbere Garage to sort a head gasket issue and to replace the cylinder head. Overall, had a great experience and the Staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

Phoned up, man couldn't see any problem, grudgingly apologised then hung up on me, how rude and arrogant ! Thank you for your feedback. I would like to give a little feedback on this matter. 1. Unfortunately you didn't leave any contact details! So informing you regarding your failed mot was rather difficult. 2. The call was ended due to your abusive and aggressive behaviour. This kind of abuse will not be tolerated! 3. You returned to the garage and apologised for your behaviour and admitted that you'd had a bad day! 4. You booked the mot repairs with us and left happy! 4. After having your vehicle repaired, you then left a bad review. 5. Confused!!!
