Having recently moved to our new house in Tankerton, we quickly found that we needed some additional sockets internally and also a safe replacement circuit to serve the detached garage and rear garden pond. Casting around for a trustworthy local business, we found Peter Smitherman and many recommendations from local customers. Peter responded quickly to our enquiry, and sent Cole round to view and price up the work. Suffice to say that we were happy both with the proposed cost and Cole's friendly expertise and the work was completed to our satisfaction, on time and on estimate. We have some more electrical work to arrange later in the year and will not be looking elsewhere for this.

Well worthy of the high scores. Lovely staff and excellent coffee made with great care. Cakes look super, if that's your thing. Small, but perfectly formed so definitely worth a visit.

We always try to support local businesses when visiting places. This didn't disappoint, open at a good time (for us earlier birds), other cages locally not until 9.30/10. My dietary needs were met, good proper mug of tea and coffee tasted good too. Both our meals were tasty and reasonably priced. Friendly staff and owner made it too.

Thoroughly delightful. A very welcome spot to halt on a chilling afternoon. Cakes are amazing. Cannot recommend it too much. So why only 4 stars? In my opinion, it would be great if they could stretch to a decent hot chocolate. This place deserves better than Cadbury's drinking chocolate.

This is an absolute gem of a cafe. Wonderful friendly service. The food choice was good, tasty and brilliantly presented, just excellent. My wife was so relaxed, as The owner understood gluten free, which is somewhat rare nowadays. For me the Destructive Ploughman’s was superb and the home made sausage roll was yummy! Oh and the cafe is totally dog friendly! Thank you. Well done. We will be back!!

Nigel did 2 jobs for me recently. An outside socket and some indoor light fixtures. He was recommended and I was very pleased with his work. Both jobs were completed in under an hour. He was very tidy and I would highly recommend him.

Nigel completed a large amount of electrical work for us throughout our property internal and external . His quote was accurate , well explained and contained no hidden charges or sudden added extras , everything was clear from the offset . Nigel worked in an organised and methodical manner , always keeping disruption to a minimum and left the property very clean and tidy . He was punctual , reliable , kept us informed through excellent communication both in person and via emails / phone calls and I would thoroughly recommend him .

I’ve called on NB Electricians twice this year for new socket installations and lighting issues. Nigel was quick to respond and to schedule in the work. His attentive communication and very reasonable rates are further boosted by his very courteous and professional manner. This is hands down the best coffee shop in Whitstable. Love their coffee, the sandwiches are amazing and be sure to save some space for cake. I had the gluten free orange and almond cake and it was out of this world. They also sell a variety of products like jams, wines, etc. I was particularly impressed with the Portuguese Ucal chocolate milk that reminded me of my childhood!

We stopped off here to shelter from the rain whilst on a bike ride and decided to get an early lunch. Great idea and great luck. The food was excellent (I had the grilled cheese and marmite on sourdough) and the coffee perfect. My friend is a VERY fussy flat white fan and he had two! Can’t fault this place - lovely atmosphere, quirky decoration and the woman who served us was super friendly.

Lovely little cafe on the busy high street. Seating is limited, but it gives a really cosy vibe. The menu is simple but effective, especially enjoyed the kimchi cheese toasty, was delish!

Really cute coffee shop just a stones throw from the sea, perfect to grab and go for a seafront walk. The coffees were nice and the lady who served us was so lovely too! I’d definitely recommend and would try food next time too.

Really nice coffee (flat whites); our best local coffee (stayed in Whitstable for a long weekend). V friendly host, too. Will certainly return when we're next in Whitstable and would definitely recommend.

Great service! Tyrone responded quickly to my enquiry and was even prepared to come out on a weekend. He dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, explaining everything, and checking that I was happy. Excellent value for money and he left everything tidy afterwards too! TT Electrical conducted domestic work for me to a high standard and gave me important safety advice around my current set up. They were able to fit a PIV and cooker extractor fan as well as multiple sockets without any issues. Ty and his colleague were professional and very knowledgeable. No problem was too large for him and I have booked him for further work. Nice guy and great business.

Truly professional, almost unbelievable. My cynicism about trades' people has been at an all-time high after years of being let down, fobbed off, conned and endless chasing for mediocre results so when we needed a complete CCTV upgrade the thought of it weighed heavy on me. I need not have worried, Andrew and his team at Integrate Electrical provided first class service, excellent workmanship and were extremely easy to communicate with. Our completely new system was upgraded, installed, and working in days and we could not be happier. Popped in here last minute for breakfast as the other cafes were busy and rushed. Service was lovely, portions were generous and coffee was delicious. We sat inside but there was nice seating out the back and would recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. Prices were really reasonable - I got the bacon sarnie and left full and happy.

Very lucky I stumbled across this cafe today. Spent 8am - 4pm working from here and had the yummiest food and very warm and kind hospitality from Clive (Owner) and Cyd (Manager). Can highly recommend the avocado on toast (with bacon) and the brie and bacon ciabatta. The world needs more cafes like this 🙌🏼 - I'll absolutely be back.

My first visit to Whitstable. Decided that I fancied cake, as you do. Found this place that had a white chocolate and pistachio cake, couldn't resist. It was delicious! My parents had a massive bacon butty in doorstop bread with at least 8 rashers of bacon! Well worth a visit if you are in Whitstable 😁🍰☕

This is the second time I've used A Breck. Initially we had a full rewire done last year and now we've had an upgrade to our Circuits after further work on Garage/Outhouses. Andy was prompt,tidy and efficient. During the rewire there were several decisions to be made and Andy talked us through costs, I pros/cons in a measured way. Very professional and happy to recommend.

One of the BEST burgers I've ever had the pleasure of scoffing. I had the Jade and my boyfriend had the one with the gravy dipping sauce (can't remember the name), both were incredible. You can add as many patties as you can handle too! Had been meaning to go for a while and man I'm glad we did, the perfect end to a Friday evening on the beach. Great range of sauces and dips too. Only giving 4/5 for service as we asked what the specials were and they didn't have any on which was a shame. If you're in the area, actually even if you're not, this is hands down worth a visit.

Delicious burgers and fries, super crispy chicken and amazing flavor combinations. Great service too, when we said we were going to share the burgers the waitress kindly took them back and cut them in half for us. It was our second time going and I'm sure we'll visit again. Highly recommend!

I can't remember the name of the people who served us (was Tuesday 3rd September) but they were super accommodating and friendly. Burgers were good, I went for the splash, but wish I'd done the smash with gravy on the side. The gravy was good! Kid friendly, they have a high chair.

The smash burger was very good and I would love to try it again. The party was a bit on the dry side but the burger overall was good. The bun was soft and helped maintain a great balance with the filling. I’d ideally love the burger to be a touch cheesier but good even as is. The waiting time was pretty long though - around 25 minutes

Worth the drive just for these burgers. The best we’ve had in a Kent and in years. 2 x burgers , cajun fries and 2 drinks and gravy £27 (not bad). My favourite was the “mighty” that BBQ sauce is to die for! Amazing Pattie and love those brioche buns. The limitless was also very nice. Can’t wait to go back. Staff where really friendly and engaging and really care about their customers and business. 🍔 🍟 Thanks Dan and your colleague!
