Locked myself out by leaving a key on the inside of my door, so called this locksmith - arrived within 20 minutes and got me back in the house almost immediately without needing to damage a thing. Very happy!

I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I contacted Charlie asking if he would service the door and check for any issues. Charlie came next day, he was calm, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. Would happily recommend and would definitely use again.

Charlie arrived today to fix my front door lock..he went above and beyond to get the door locking properly again and he had it fixed in no time. I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either. I would definitely recommend Charlie, he was so polite, friendly, yet professional at all times. A real life saver!

Charlie came out on the Sunday after Christmas, 20 mins after the initial phonecall! We were back in the house within 5 minutes of him arriving! Absolute superstar and very reasonable price! In the nicest possible way, I hope I don't need to use his services again, but wouldn't hesitate in recommending the business to anyone!

Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.

The owner of our AirBnB in Whitstable directed us to At Your Service to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out. Sanjay at At Your Service was very kind and accommodating, and safely stored our bags for a few hours for a small price. The store was immaculate and had a wide array of beautiful high quality products.

Excellent work! I wanted all the exterior locks changed as I’ve just moved in and wasn’t entirely sure I had all copies of the keys to the existing locks. Barry made quick work of changing two of the locks. The third was a bit problematic but he worked tirelessly to sort the issue and has left the lock in a better state than he found it. He also changed a major part at no extra cost. I couldn’t be happier with the service. A consummate professional. Highly recommended

We had a sudden problem with the lock in our French doors. I contacted the company and Barry managed to fit us in the same day. Absolutely brilliant! Can recommend as honest, trustworthy and incredibly helpful. Had an issue with my remote key fobs for my Range Rover not working properly which Land Rover garage wanted to charge me £260 to even take a look at but Herne Bay Locks suggested I pop down same day, saw me immediately, rectified the problem in literally 3 minutes flat and didn't charge a penny! Amazing service and will sing their praises to anyone needing locksmith services.

Needed multiple different keys cut and the lady at the counter could not have been more helpful, popped in to Tesco to grab a few bits and when I returned my keys were all done and bagged up, the lady was also just finishing a pair of shoes that she repaired for the person that was behind me in the shop! Talk about fast service!! Will definitely be coming back!

I happened to be in the area and decided to get a couple of additional keys cut as I was near this branch of Timsons. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, got the keys cut quickly, and did a nice job as the keys worked well when we got home (I’ve had previous ones that didn’t).
