I have just used Maidstone locksmiths for the first time to help get into some storage containers, whose padlock keys had gone missing. I was very impressed with John's work. He and a collegue attended our premises quite promptly and manged to cut/break into the 4 padlocks without damaging our premises. His invoice was a very reasonable price too.

Nick certainly ticks all the boxes. He arrived promptly at the arranged time and was both courteous and workmanlike. He had a suitable new lock and, although it was difficult to take out the old lock, he soon had the new lock fitted He made no mess and removed all bits and pieces not required. Nicky was brilliant - would 100% recommend. We contacted him on a Saturday afternoon, he was with us by Sunday to give an honest opinion & quote on what needed doing. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. I had an excellent experience with Ray and Phil. We live locally, and needed to upgrade a back door lock. Ray helped out with passing suggestions on locks, as well as tightening up the double glazed door. We now have a newly fitted lock and a door that shuts without any crunching. Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot remember the gentleman that attended but he turned up when they said he would and was very polite and accommodating. He managed to get the broken key out of the ignition but there was an issue with the key codes etc from a previous owner but he perceived with it and managed to get the car up and running again. If the situation arises again (fingers crossed not) this company would definitely be getting my call for help - a very happy customer.
