The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. After my Mum had a fall , I couldn’t get into her house. It was a Saturday and he was out with his daughter, but came quickly and got me in. My rental house estate agent sent John to fix back door key misalignment after the door had been shaved down due to wood expansion.
