I cannot recommend Mary highly enough. We originally asked her to help our son with English Language because we were concerned that his grades were continually falling over time. However, her tuition also helped improve his English Literature work in the process, and they ended up being his two highest GCSE grades. Mary was friendly and professional throughout and we could see a noticeable improvement in our son’s ability and confidence in the subject from the start.

Mary is an excellent tutor and I thoroughly recommend her.  My daughter has made wonderful progress since she started having lessons with her. Her own daughter was home educated and is currently studying at Cambridge University which highlights the standard of her teaching. Mary also has experience working with students who are dyslexic with great results.  I would not hesitate in choosing her to tutor my child.

My children are really enjoying their classes with Mary. They find her explanations clear & easy to follow. They love the notes she takes during the class. This helps them concentrate during the lesson and go back over things afterwards when they need to apply what they have learnt. Mary has a great balance of being warm and friendly yet firm enough that the children listen and know they are to take their studies seriously if they want to progress and achieve. Mary really knows her subject so well and we feel very blessed for our children to be learning from such a great teacher.

Ash is very motivational and sets high expectations from his students. My son loved attending his classes. Ace11Plus tuition has been great! Ash is a very experienced tutor and knowledgeable about various aspects of 11+ from materials/topics needed for various schools/boroughs to test techniques. He's been passionately sharing all that with the kids and making sure they know their areas of weaknesses and have a plan to improve on that. My son very much enjoyed the sessions and, while it felt a bit easy at first (while Ash was covering the basics), it soon became challenging enough and it helped tremendously with maintaining my son's motivation through 5Y (which is often a big challenge otherwise). Ash and his courses are very well organised and the materials (while not shared with parents), judging by regular performance statistics Ash shared (which is also quite useful), seemed were able to stretch even the most able pupils. Overall highly recommended!

Ash has been wonderful teacher and helped my daughter in preparation of her 11+. All his hardwork reflects in the way he structures his classes and manages the course. He is extremely diligent with his course material and keeps himself up to date with changing exam preparation needs. He has been inspirational and assisted in bringing best in my daughter. Fiona Cameron was incredible from the very first introduction. She spent time listening to our daughter to better understand what her capabilities and interests were. Fiona modified her approach and teaching style to suit our daughter which paid dividends. As the weeks progressed the creative writing that was being produced was so incredibly powerful and descriptive. Fiona was great at sharing her enthusiasm for her subject and always encouraging and engaging. I think it was particularly helpful that Fiona made a point of showing how thrilled she was at the results of our daughter’s efforts. I’m pleased to say that as a result of everything our daughter achieved an incredible result. I can’t recommend Fiona more highly, a fabulous teacher and a gentle person to be around.

Rita is such a lovely tutor, she took the time out of her day to make sure my daughter has the right work to complete and to ensure that she is getting the right tasks in order to do well in her gcses. With Rita my daughter was able to jump 2 whole grades which is a massive improvement. I could not recommend Rita enough, she is very good at what she does!

Our children have had Frank for Maths tuition for a number of years, and more recently the Sciences also. He made lessons fun & gave them confidence. Leesa tutored both my sons for the Kent test, the eldest remotely during a Covid lockdown. They both passed with flying colours. She made sessions fun and motivating, with rewards like sweets or little toys at the end of each session (delivered to our doorstep during lockdown!) and mini competitions between her pupils over a number of sessions for bigger prizes. I would highly recommend Leesa to other parents looking for Kent test tutoring for their child.

Very approachable and flexible tutors with whom our daughters studied mainly maths during Years 10 and 11. They always listened to the girls' maths/science anxieties and gave them confidence. Their approach is to teach methods and offer exam practice so our daughters had lots of different types of help. Always happy to go over mock papers they had done in class. They really did make a difference to their grades.

Richard has been a fantastic tutor for my Daughter, who is shy, nervous and was very reluctant to go to a tutor! Richard was amazing at putting her at ease from the off, creating a positive learning environment, tailoring to her needs and making it fun. Both my son and daughter have had tutoring with Richard and I can not recommend him highly enough. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable on the different areas of the curriculum and 11+ but he also has a way of making the children believe in themselves, giving them the confidence they need to succeed. Richard was great to speak too, gave brilliant feedback, and just helped my daughter take that extra step. He gave her confidence, and his message to her just resonated with her brilliantly. Whilst we didn't have regular tutoring, we gained valuable insight from the 11+ mocks and then a couple of 2 hrs intensive sessions the week before the Kent test.

My son finds school a little tricky but having a quieter, encouraging environment at RP Tutoring he really is improving. Richard provides regular and helpful feedback on my sons progress and focuses on areas he finds more difficult rather than all of the curriculum. This really is beneficial as it does not waste time on areas he is strong at.
