I’ve dined here before and would happily return - the staff are Super friendly and accommodating & the vibes are lush. Delicious food (although I wish the naans / sides were larger portions)!

I spent 5 weeks in Sri Lanka earlier in the year so it was a real treat to find this place that did such delicious authentic Sri Lankan food, I had the hopper and Dahl!! I felt transported back, service was lovely and I love the addition of the tuktuk!

Very tasty food with relaxed but stylish atmosphere. The roti didn’t look to large but was incredibly filling, but my favourite was the Hot batrered squid as a starter.

My husband and I recently visited Boys Hall for the first time, and it was truly magical. We arrived earlier than our reservation to enjoy a glass of mulled wine in the cozy lounge, which was a delightful experience. The dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, and the ambiance added to the charm. We’re already planning to return in the summer to stay in their rooms and take full advantage of the stunning outdoor spaces. Highly recommended—a beautiful and aesthetic destination!

A beautiful historic place that felt very magical. Incredible for food! Absolutely delicious! Can't recommend highly enough for that special occasion or if you just want to treat yourself. We will certainly be coming back again and would love to experience more of the manor and rooms

As always, excellent from start to finish. Wonderful staff who go out of their way to help especially as we were with my elderly mother. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, with the roaring fire a bonus. Absolutely delicious, and innovative food, faultless. We look forward to returning in 2025. Thank you all.

My friend and I both thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Boys Hall restaurant. It was a special occasion and not something we do every day and we were both glad we booked Boys Hall. It ticked all our boxes. We were treated to delicious food that was carefully prepared and presented, friendly service and a relaxing and festive environment.

We've visited this restaurant a few times as a family, and each experience has been fantastic. As a family with a little one, we especially appreciate the warm and attentive hospitality. The staff always goes out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, which is a huge plus for us. The food has consistently been outstanding — flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Every meal we've had here has been a treat, from casual visits to our most recent experience during their Christmas lunch. This time, we joined a larger group for their festive celebration, and once again, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff managed the larger group with ease, and the food exceeded expectations. It's clear they take great pride in both their service and their dishes. If you're looking for a place that combines delicious food with exceptional service, especially for families, this is definitely one to consider. We’ll be back for sure! Grazie

Really interesting pasta restaurant located at the rear of the glades shopping centre. Our first visit here and we were very impressed.Open relaxed atmosphere. Service was spot on from arrival through to departure, friendly, helpful and professional. The choice of food was great, really nice concept picking 1. The sauce you want, 2. The pasta you want and 3. The cheese you want it topped with (if you do). Whist the prices were a little high the taste was absolutely gorgeous, I loved the mushroom sauce with tagliatelle. Portion sizes were good, not too small, not too big. Overall we had a very nice visit and would most likely come again. (Second visit....) Still gorgeous food.I really think the food here is faultless. Service still good, prices still reasonable. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Bromley.

First visit with my daughter, we ordered Vongole and Carbonara. We did not expect fresh pasta, and the vongole has a little kick which is what I like. Great service from the stuff, clean restaurant and above all, the food is delicious and very satisfying. A must visit when you are in Bromley.

Delicious fresh pasta. Love the creamy mushroom pasta. Service is always friendly and welcoming. A very relaxing atmosphere with warm lighting and slow music. Didn’t try the pizza today as really fancied pasta but will definitely try it next time as it smelt lovely.

After searching for somewere to go for lunch after speaking to the lady on the phone we visited this little gem so long we have searched for a proper Blt and a ploughman's and here we found it. We found somewere lovely an quiet to sit with an autistic child this makes all the difference. The food was outstanding the homemade coleslaw was amazing. Prices very resonable. Staff really friendly a lovely little pub in a quiet village 1 to visit. We will be back

Popped in on the off chance on a Sunday. Had a fantastic roast here! Food and service both great. Bar staff and the locals all really friendly. Even had a log burner on the go, which at this time of year really added to the cosy feel.

Had lovely seafood starters & got lobster on sirloin steak(surf&turf). The steak was cooked to perfection. It was my first time trying tuna tartare and must say it tasted great. Octopus was also very tasty, it literally melts in your mouth!! Staff were attentive, however they would take some time to collect the plates & glasses of the table. Also not sure if it’s because it’s a fish restaurant but the restaurant had an odd smell to it, as soon as you step a foot inside you can smell that strong odour. I also want to mention that the interior needs to be upgraded for sure. The table layout & chairs need an upgrade for sure. Other than that I have enjoyed my meal.

Ashford's largest Nepalese, Indian restaurant. The ambience is good and so is the food, although it's not the cheapest. I had the Thali which IMHO is a little overpriced at £21, but the taste was absolutely fine... I've had better, and I've had worse . The best deal here is clearly the Biryani although the veg curry sauce seems to change each visit. Easy parking outside. Also good to see that they still provide hand sanitiser. Update July 24 - excellent lunch today. Service was also excellent. Couldn't fault anything today and will certainly go back

If you are looking for a really chilled atmosphere and high quality food look no farther than this. We came here for lunch for my brother's birthday and it did not disappoint. The staff were most helpful and polite and the food was outstanding. I could not recommend this place more.

A brilliant experience all round. The food was great but the service really stood out. I made a last minute online booking and I think there was some sort of error as they were very busy and did not seem to expect us to have been able to book. This was quickly resolved and the staff set up an extra table for us which was wonderful and very kind. The food was also excellent and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend.

This pub is a hidden gem. It is walking distance from the outlet shopping centre and fairly close to the Centre of Ashford. You wouldn't know it on approach but this pub has a serene riverside beer garden, traditional seating inside and a new (at time of writing) play area for kids. The food was excellent. We stopped for a lunchtime snack. Between us we had a fish finger wrap, a sausage baguette and the Cajun chicken and bacon salad. The salad was amazing with tender and flavoursome chicken. The staff were friendly, calm and couldn't be more helpful.

Always a lovely atmosphere here but the food is incredible! They cater for veggies too and in particular Jackie’s vegetable pie is out of this world. Highly recommend this place for lunch/dinner and Liam and Leigha do an incredible job of making this pub such a special part of the community.

Great food, served by friendly staff. Had the mixed meat Sunday lunch and it was lovely and very competitively price too. I've had many a Sunday lunch at twice the price and only half as good.

whats not to like good pub grub from 12 noon to 9pm monday to saturday, sunday 12 noon to 7pm. On Thursday's free pool table from 5pm onwards. Has a darts board if you want to throw a few at no cost. Staff happy and friendly. I believe this pub been over looked due to many different owners for the last few years. Its dog friendly, has live music every other weekend. And of course through the day very low key music in the back ground. If you want to just chill and have a lazy afternoon then this is the place. Good parking and what a view looking over to stunning.

Have been visiting the pub for many years but never reviewed it. A great place to stop for a drink (they brew their own beers), for a quick grab or for a nice meal in their pub area or restaurant area. Their menu changes regularly (while they have a core pub menu), with special tasting events (dishes paired with wines). The field at the back of the pub is perfect for the kids to play football. Overall, one of my favourite places in the area.

Set in the Kent countryside, in an idyllic farming village, the beer garden has green views and a picture book river with fish and two crossing footbridges into a paddock style area. Tables are laid out spaciously and there were shaded areas and under cover parts of the patio. Inside the restaurant is decorated to a high standard, with comfortable dining seats and tables dressed with a small from the garden style flower bouquet. There are a few traditional dried hops overhead in one or two places to remind you that you are in the garden of Kent, the once hop centre of the UK. The building is of some age with some low beams, cielings and frames in places. The bar is well stocked with a great variety of beers, lagers and wines, some of which are locally produced. The pub supports the local vineyards and it has a good community feel. The food was exceptional. Really exceptional. Classic food cooked in a way that makes me wish I could eat there every night. Initially put off by the lack of vegetarian options, but found something that worked for my 12 year old and all was good, in fact it was better than good, both children happily cleared their plates and rated the food 10/10. The food was sourced locally. It was full of flavour. Presented appetisingly with space on the plate. It was seasoned well. There wasn't a single issue with the food apart from it being so good that we didn't have room for the mouthwateringly tempting desserts. The customer service was fantastic. It really was a joy to dine there.

The Farrier Arms provided a delightful experience that exceeded all our expectations. A quick call to confirm they were open and dog-friendly turned out to be a fortuitous decision for our evening plans. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and immediately felt at home. The Hobgoblin ale and a fine selection of wine were just what we had been waiting for, perfectly complementing the relaxed atmosphere of this charming pub. The addition of two cups of peanuts made for a perfect snack. Sitting in the garden with our three dogs was a serene and enjoyable experience. The garden itself was beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and welcoming environment for both us and our furry companions. The Farrier Arms is an absolute gem, and it provided the perfect setting for a cosy drink before settling in for the night in our VW campervan. We highly recommend this pub for anyone looking for a friendly, dog-welcoming spot with excellent drinks and a lovely garden to unwind in.

Great country pub. Really nice classic pub feel inside and super friendly staff. Great outside seating area and the food is brilliant too. If you’re in the area it’s well worth stopping by.

Sunday lunch with the family. Beautiful location. Sunday roast was lovely. Fruit crumble with custard was also lovely. Staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. We will without a doubt be back. Thank you.

Located in a very small village. Fantastic find (yes I use Booking.com, without we would never find such place)), fantastic room for a very very great price. Room looks like a room in a fairytale. The food, we had only 1 dish, lamb rumpsteak was amazing. A place to remember and to visit. 85£ breakfast included.

Fantastic place with great food, very attentive staff and excellent customer service. I particularly want to mention how well the entire staff dealt with my wife’s nut allergy. Also very refreshing to hear nothing but professional chat from the staff. We will be back again soon. Thank you for a lovely experience.

So happy to have found the Woolpack and enjoyed a lovely meal with friends on Boxing Day. The staff made us feel so welcome with our few too many dogs. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the mulled wine and local beers went down a treat. Even in December the outside area was a delight with the planting, can't wait to return in spring. Wholly recommend.
