This is a small family run business and the food is excellent every time we visit. A smaller selection to choose from than most buffets, but the standards never change. There are also options on a menu to choose from and they will do their best to cater for anybody. You are always welcomed like part of the family and the customer service carries on from there.

Buffet dinner is nice, lots of veg and non veg varities, good selection and quality of food at very reasonable price. Owners/staff are very friendly and welcoming. Overall delicious food, nice ambience and excellent customer service. Best kebabs in town, a must try Indian restaurant!

Wonderful food, atmosphere and service, reallly friendly and welcoming, first time visit so they where happy to walk us through what they had to offer, great value for money and ended up taking some home :)

Had a Great experience with delicious and tasty Indian food with different varieties of recipes in Gillingham. Friendly staff especially service of staff name Madan was exceptional.we really recommend all to try this restaurant you won't regret at all.

I've ordered a side dish and a biriyani from this place and I must say the biriyani is the best biriyani I've ever tried in kent. Phenomenal. This is my new favourite biriyani place. Spices and flavor is well balanced and the chicken is also very flavorful and succulent. The portion size is on spot. The staff is also very friendly (I visited the place on another day). I highly recommend this place for anyone who craves a great biriyani. I hope that they will maintain the same quality in future as well. Loe the place ❤️

I recently visited this restaurant and was really impressed by the beautiful ambiance. It’s the perfect spot for photos, with its cozy lighting and stylish decor. The food was equally amazing! The chicken lollipops were crispy and flavorful, while the tandoori chicken had the perfect smoky taste. The prawn biryani was delicious, with tender prawns and perfectly spiced rice. Overall, a great place for both the atmosphere and the food. Definitely worth a visit!

Wow what a great new local restaurant! Ordered a pork gyros for lunch today to take away and it was fabulous. Full to bursting with great flavoured meat plus all the usual trimmings - chips, tomato, sauce etc. Amazing value for £7.20 and super tasty and fresh. I've had a lot of holidays in Greece and this gyros is as good as the best I've had. I'll be back :)

Picked up a Chicken Gyro on work break, Lovely, So tasty, made in front of me and the lady who served was pointing out different foods I could try next time when not in a rush. I will be back as just like the ones I had out in Rhodes.

Delicious and reasonably priced. Lam thali, onion bajis, chicken pakoda and chicken Tikka were super tasty. They asked us how spicy we liked our food and adapted to our tastes. They were also super child friendly and gave my little one some balloons when she was a bit sad and went out of their way to accommodate space for the push chair. Would definitely recommend

We started off with their in-house dumplings, which were delicious. A must try is their Chicken-65, which is lip smacking! Their Chilli Chicken was perfect, not too spicy and the perfect amount of char. We finished off with their pilau rice and their lamb curry - both were absolutely delectable! Amazing customer service and very warm people. They were kind enough to accommodate my wife’s dietary requirements. Great portion sizes as well. Would definitely visit again if I’m in the area.

Came here for the second time last night and had amazing food. All food is cooked fresh and tastes amazing. All flavours balance and work well together. Will definitely be back soon

It’s been a year in UK and proper Nepalese taste was my hardest desire here in UK . I had a great experience in this beautiful restaurant having proper Nepali authentic food with overly kind staff and the most important part is Chef comes sometime to the table to ask how the food taste . Chef is always kind and kind staff. Very beautiful food with authentic Nepali taste .

We had a lovely afternoon with friends here, the staff were very accommodating and helpful and the food was delicious. We were made to feel very welcome and we were not rushed. We would highly recommend it here.

What an amazing experience! Treated my mum to afternoon tea and we were blown away. The quality of the food, sweet and savoury, that was on offer is outstanding! From start to finish we were so well looked after, staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough, to ensure our experience was 5*. The outside pods are especially cute, very cosy and so warm. I was concerned, being a chilly November day we may have needed blankets but we were so toasty and content. Please support the team and pay a visit, so much on offer from steak nights to Sunday lunch, it would be a damn shame to loose such an asset to Medway, let’s face it there’s not much to shout about in this area, so when you find an absolute gem such as Tan & Tass’s offerings we must sing their praises from the highest! Great work team, we will certainly be back, thank you.

I first discovered the Copper Rivet strawberry gin, which I liked so much I researched and found out about the distillery and restaurant along the river in Chatham.. and I had to experience dining at the place that made such a good quality gin. We were not disappointed.. quality cocktails, service and food.. you do pay a bit more but for a special occasion it’s just perfect.. first we had drinks outside with lovely views along the river, and blankets provided in case it gets chilly (we actually had a bit of sun!!).. and then inside the amazing building for dinner.. the food blew us away and my husband told the waitress he wanted to marry the chef 😂 which I totally understood… will definitely go back and look forward to it! And the triple cooked chips which we will have with whatever we order..

We started on the cocktail making class before hand and what an experience, definitely need a taxi after that. Straight into the beautiful restaurant, all the staff were very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Only reason for the 4 stars was they didn't have any oysters and we were looking forward to those but do not let that deter you. Definitely a gem of a place.

Brilliant lunch-time dining experience with highly attentive service, friendly staff and impeccable dishes in a very pleasant dining room. The lunch specials were each very impressive and incredible value for money. The dockyard area nearby was additionally very scenic. Highly recommended, will be back again!

The pumproom is the perfect place for an occasion. It’s on the pricier side, but it’s honestly worth every penny! We went for our wedding anniversary and had put it on the booking form. They welcomed us with a card on the table, we had a free cocktail and some fudge at the end of the meal too. The staff were lovely and so knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We had every course going and the flavours in every part were beautiful. Lots of combinations you wouldn’t necessarily find elsewhere, the bone marrow fondue was our absolute highlight. The cocktails menu is extensive and there’s loads with alcohols from the distillery to choose from. It’s also lovely to have the view out onto the river with Upnor castle in the distance. Such a gem to find in Chatham, we loved it!

Went there for the first time tonight and omg absolutely banging meal just a bit too much for me but that’s just me staff are among the best I’ve encountered in a restaurant friendly polite accommodating we were served by multiple staff of different ages but the service didn’t change as it does in most restaurants . It’s a lovely restaurant would def recommend

Had my birthday meal here on Saturday evening and was made to feel special. The food was lovely, cocktails went down very well and the staff was so friendly. I will definitely go back again the owner made a point of speaking to everyone and making them feel welcomed.
