Wonderful time spent at Poultwood Bar and restaurant, amazing food; especially the Sunday carvery Lots of fun events regularly attended, I am looking forward to celebrating Christmas here with friends

I held my birthday party at Poult Wood on Saturday , the food was amazing and so much of it ! The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and the clubhouse looked great with all the Christmas decorations up . This is the third time I have used you for a party , hopefully more to come !! Thank you so much .

Their Sunday roast was great and the normal fare was more like pub food, slightly disappointing but not bad and the people are nice

Food was too good. Though a bit noisy place. Good portion size. Spicy rice is really tasty, lamb doner iskender is must try.. it’s huge portion wise.

Food is always of a high quality and is the best Turkish food I have found in the UK! All the staff are friendly and attentive. Also, they do an NHS discount too which is a massive bonus! We eat here often, their lunch and dinner menus are brilliant. I have also done their bottomless, which was very generous with the booze!

The best Turkey 🇹🇷 restaurant in the area. Actually I could rate it as the best restaurant in Tonbridge. Service - amazing, super friendly and very keen to help. Food - be aware the portions are very big. We could take home what it was left (probably about 1/2 of the food). Atmosphere - really pleasant.

Really enjoyed this place. It was a little quieter than last time I visited which suited because we could have a conversation. Mixed views on the food, I really enjoyed mine, others thought it was just OK. I think menu is unnecessarily confusing. I'm sure i'll go again,

The food we had tonight was outstanding especially from first year students, the blackened cod was was excellent!

I recently visited The Hungry Cow for dinner for my family and I. The place had a very welcoming atmosphere and was very clean. The open kitchen was nice and I always feel reassured when I can see my food being prepared. The menu offers a lovely variety of options to pick from with vegetarian options. The burgers were juicy, well flavoured and you could taste the ingredients were fresh. For the price - the food is exceptional. The quality stood out to me and I’ll definitely be ordering again. I recommend the loaded smash!

Tried the Double Smash burger my friends have been telling me about. It was so good and their prices are very good. Their Fries are like McDonalds but better and the Buttermilk Chicken Tower was like the zinger burger. Definitely our go to spot now.

Best Burger place within miles. I tried their signature Hungry Cow burger, and my family tried the Buttermilk Chicken burger and wraps. I have to say it was very very good, burger was tasty and 4 patties so a big size and cheap as well. The chips were hot, crispy and moreish. Portions are an excellent size and burgers are big, the chips are McDonald’s style chips but better, and we struggled to finish the chips, and the loaded fries was excellent, it was also very good value for money. We’ve also ordered on Just Eat as well where they have combo boxes. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. Nice to have something new and exciting in Tonbridge. If you haven’t tried yet definitely give it a go you will be impressed and back for more. Ps their special house sauce is soo good, has a kick but very tasty.

Had 3 course menu 😋 Absolutely delicious, starters was amazing tbh was full after the selection we had,main course couldn't eat all of it but so delicious, complements to the chef,pudding had to eat also delicious, cocktails so good ,lovely friendly staff,will definitely be going back and recommending. Great value for money x

All of the food was flavorful and cooked perfectly and the staff was attentive. The menu has multiple options so there is something for everyone. The drink menu is huge and offers a variety of drink choices. I tried the margarita and it was pretty standard, however the espresso martini ended up being the best drink we had all night! Highly recommend.

The restraunt was amazing staff were friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful. The food was high standards and lovely drinks. Would recommend this restraunt!! ❤️

We’ve just had a delicious meal. I had the chicken dumplings starter which was delicious and then the traditional Nepalese meal that was a lamb curry, with lots of accompaniments and was really tasty…it was lovely to be advised about the different dishes…favourite restaurant! Thanks

New management & new restaurant so had waited a bit but now I know we shouldn't have. The restaurant was lovely and clean, lovely staff who helped me choose something I have never chosen. I had the lamb special and my husband got the mixed special and dumplings along with other side dishes. It was absolutely delicious! Generous portions, lovely and hot and the lamb was lush. The onion bajjis were enormous so obviously we ordered too much so we now have a delicious lunch for tomorrow too. Will definitely be coming back and telling everyone to visit too.

First trip here and was pleasantly suprised. Definitely worth booking for 7pm on a Saturday because by 8pm it was full. Reasonable price too, £63 for two glasses of wine, momo veg and a mixed starter, all very tasty. Aloo Bodi Tama Tarkari was very tasty, and the Chicken Rogan was delicious but for the chicken being a little dry. The dish of the night was the Tarka dhal side which was lovely and creamy as it should be. Super nice staff, I imagine this place is going to get better too, I've been to more upmarket Indian/Nepalese restaurants that need to learn a thing or two from Gurkha Valley, both in terms of taste and price. Will revisit.

One of the best! Tasty, generous portions, beautifully presented, excellent service. Nice warm restaurant at this time of year. Must go there again soon.

Honestly amazing pizzas cooked perfectly! And the dough balls were so good! Will for sure be ordering from here again in the future with my favourite pepperoni with added pineapple (don't judge 😂). One small thing, I noticed the topping option for pineapple on the just eat app has a small spelling error where it's labelled as "pieapple" I just wanted to point it out so it could be corrected! Overall pizza 10/10!

Just moved to Tonbridge and have tried a few of the pizza places, but Roccos is by far the best. Really good crusts, not all doughy. Nice toppings and plenty of them. We had a pepperoni and a tropicana, they were both great. I'll try the pasta next time.

We went in for a late Friday night curry and the staff were very accommodating. We asked our server to surprise us with a few of the dishes and they were all fantastic! We will definitely be coming back

Had a lovely evening here taking my Dad out for a birthday meal. We were treated so well, with recommendations of the best dishes and advice on how much to order. The food was delicious, the service outstanding, and we can’t wait to come back!

Excellent food at reasonable prices. What makes this restaurant special is the atmosphere and the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Love this place. Unfortunately we live 220 miles away and can only visit once or twice a year.

Visited on a Friday evening and although busy we were looked after quickly. Knowledgeable staff helped us through the menu and we ordered their suggestions. An excellent choice and the food- obviously all cooked fresh arrived with 20 minutes. All was perfect and although busy there was no effort to hurry up our experience. Back very soon.

I walked into Kathmandu Valley and was immediately transported to the Himalayas. Not literally, such was the beauty of the Nepalese decor within. The service delivered by the staff member was humble, accommodating and caring. I loved the separate veggie section of the menu. The mix veggie starter was sublime and nicely presented. All food was great value and provided with care.

I had the lamb shaslik, which is absolutely lovely. Good solid chunks of lamb. Streets ahead of any I’ve had elsewhere in Kent. The house red is very nice, which is a bonus!

Good food. The chilli chicken starter was really delicious. The himalayan curry was almost pea green but it was really delicious. I wasn't keen on their bombay aloo but that could be personal taste, I found them too bland. Service was very good and prices were reasonable.

We had a nice dinner at this Thai restaurant. The restaurant is nice inside. Service is good. Food was good not exceptional for us.

I love this restaurant. We often take the (teen) kids here. Feels like authentic cuisine. Service is friendly and unfussy. Good selection of drinks always a non-alcoholic beer. If you're planning on going by train it is a bit of a walk from the station but there is plenty of parking over the road near the castle. Highly recommend as your dining place if you are in Tonbridge.
