I came to the practice as a new patient and had back to back hygiene and dental appointments. Both treatments were the best I’d ever had. The dental staff were extremely thorough and personable. The treatment was expensive, but I suspect it’s just the going rate these days. I found the waiting room to be uncomfortable, particularly the odour - as such I was glad to wait in their lovely garden!

I have recently been to Andrew House for the prep and fitting of a bridge. Throughout the procedure I couldn't fault the expertise, kindness, care and attention to detail from my dentist Hema and her nurses, and I am delighted with the results. Thank you to all the staff at Andrew House for making what could have been an uncomfortable experience a pleasure!

I recently had treatment, Hema and Rosie were very professional, kind and caring. I am a nervous patient but felt at ease with them. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, from the time I walked through the door to when I left I felt at ease. I definitely would recommend this practice.

As a nervous patient who has neglected his teeth, the staff at this place make me feel at ease in comparison to any NHS practice I have used. I felt comfortable with the hygienist and even with the other chap for an extraction.

Brilliant! My crown came off, went there for a consultation, Leon managed to fix the problem, refitted the same crown as it was intact, job done, and it cost me a lot less than I expected!

Brand-new practice, looks amazing. On arrival, the reception desk was very welcoming (Katrina was very helpful and caring), fully explaining everything. Appointments were running on time. Monica, the dentist was very thorough and a breath of fresh air (pardon the pun) from my last dentist hence the reason I moved. Excellent practice all round.

Just had a filling from this dentist. Absolutely brilliant service. Only one injection needed (with numbing gel first), no pain at all. Reassuring throughout. Couldn't recommend them more highly 😊

Very friendly receptionist greets you as soon as you walk in, making you feel at ease. Both the dentists that I have met were friendly, reassuring, kind and gentle. I have only had positive experiences with River Lawn and I previously had a great fear of the dentist, not now. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

The reception team, dentist and dental nurse were all warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The practise was clean and modern with lots of information accessible about what treatments are available there. I particularly appreciated the dental nurse checking I was ok throughout my procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) and the dentist explaining what to expect as he went along. I probably could score Stradbrook full marks if I wasn't still experiencing some of the swelling and pain I was, in fairness, warned about.

The procedure involved the removal of two large double teeth at the back of my gums. I was slightly nervous ahead of the appointment but all went extremely well with no pain, good communication during and excellent advice regarding after care within my mouth.

Anna Pergamalian was very helpful and patient in explaining her treatment plan at all stages of it. Her and her assistants were mindful of my comfort through some lengthy sessions in the chair! She took time to explain what was happening at every stage. I am very pleased with the results.

After a lifetime of dental fear ( I’m age 75 ) I finally plucked up a grain of courage to visit Stradbrook with a bad tooth. Absolutely terrified I met with Jelena and together with her wonderful assistant they somehow managed to stop all the shaking and near fainting to proceed with the treatment. I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely amazing care was taken and my tooth was rebuilt. I’m almost looking forward to my next appointment. A truly professional practice, thank you so much.

The best I’ve ever experienced going to the dentist. The procedure to get two fillings was incredibly quick. Lovely dental practise, I always see Nayan Patel and he is always very friendly and provides a good service. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment they have been able to provide one on the same day and provide the relevant treatment e.g. filling at that appointment. I have recently had my first baby and was worried about taking him with me to the dentist, the whole team was so lovely and when he got a little upset whilst I was having a filling a lovely dental nurse came to soothe him. Highly recommend.

I had my first visit yesterday and was very impressed from start to finish. Reception was friendly and my dentist, Caroline was extremely gentle and approachable.

First-class dental practice! The whole team are well-informed about patients and my entire experience over 2 years has been very positive. I've had root canal treatment with Ian, an implant with Peter and regular visits to the hygienist followed by check-ups with Peter and i've been very pleased with the advice and care on every occasion. Have recommended several friends and all my family members are patients!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Umar Mahmood for last last 2 years and we couldn’t be happier. I recently had bonding after years of complexities with my teeth and I am over the moon with the results. Amazing staff, they all made us feel very welcome. We were given time with dentist, ( some dentists rush you out the door), which meant the staff made sure everything was explained and we were happy with treatment going forward. This practice has never failed to impress. I’ve had 2 children as patients of theirs, both for braces, and the entire process & end result have been outstanding. When we’ve attended, they’ve always run to time (often we have been seen early!), staff are all very friendly & helpful, it’s always a relaxed atmosphere and my children have been cared for with excellent results. If my third child also ends up needing braces, I’ll look forward to taking them to Total! Many thanks to all involved!

The team at Brenchley Dental are fantastic. During our time at the clinic my wife and I have had two dentists, both have been great, taking the time to talk through, in detail, any examination findings and associated treatment. My daughter is also a patient (NHS) of the clinic and the team have been just as good. They always arrange family appointments to make things easy and have been very flexible when we needed to rearrange at short notice. As far as value - dental treatment is, of course, expensive but Brenchley Dental appear to be competitively priced and have never tried a ‘hard sell’ for any service. The service and treatment is so good that the costs constitute good value for me.

Historically petrified of dentists, Brenchley Dental is amazing at being on time, efficient, friendly and helps me relax when at my visits. James Cullen is brilliant and friendly and tells you exactly what's going on in a professional way. Highly recommend.
