Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Sejal and Billy are a fantastic team !

I recently visited Tooth Club for a routine check-up, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and adorned with calming decor, which helped alleviate any pre-appointment nerves. Great service overall!

Myself and my family have been patients at Kings Hill Dental for several years. I have had both routine checks ups and more recently significant cosmetic work conducted at the practice. The care, attention, and friendly, professional service delivered by Simon and the team is exceptional. Despite having moved away from the area and it now taking a 60 minute drive, we would never consider going to another dentist. I simply cannot recommend Simon and the practice enough. You are treated as a valued friend more than a patient and my cosmetic treatments provided excellent results and good value for money. Overall excellent service.

I had root canal treatment today (24th July) with Mohammed. He ran me through the treatment so I knew exactly what was going to happen. I thoroughly recommend Mohammed. He is extremely professional, as is the whole of Kings Hill Dental. I can't recommend them enough.

I came from abroad after receiving an aggressive treatment from a dentist here, I used to see Rob years ago and went back to him as I trust him, his plan was far less aggresive and since he done my teeth I haven’t had any issues.

Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

My dentist is Dr K. Mahal. He is very professional and very gentle when doing any treatment. Always puts me at ease. My 8 year old son sees him too and really likes going to see him for checkups. I'd highly recommend the practice.

Kent Smile Studio (Maidstone) provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend. Having Dentophobia and avoiding dentist for years, I can honestly say I feel much more at ease here. Dr. Melody Prado took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing all my concerns with patience and professionalism. During the procedure, I felt comfortable and well-cared for. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

Overwhelmed by the whole experience at this delightful Dental practice. On entering this light welcoming premises the polite knowledgeable caring team listen, understand and give you honest, professionalism which I haven't experienced before. I am 50 and have had to have a lot of dental work done before but the Dentist here (Ben) is extremely competent, kind and generous with his time and care.after several necessary extractions and subsequent well fitting upper and lower dentures I actually look forward to my next visit. First appointments today and saw Chan. I have a lot of dental work ahead of me and knew this. It took a lot for me to walk through the door but didn't want to appear terrified even though I was. Chan put me at ease, talked me through the procedures and was so lovely. She said she will get it sorted and I trust her already. I've had so many bad past experiences but already have great faith in her and the teams ability to reinstate my smile and confidence again

I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I would like to add the balance to this review but can’t think of anything that’s negative. Thank you to all the Staff.
