Thank you Voltage Electrical Services Ltd. Voltage Electrical Services were prompt in assessing and arranging solutions on a cosmetic and electrical fault in our garage. On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. Darren the electrician arrived presenting himself in a calm and professional manner, he was very helpful and knowledgeable taking time to ask questions about our specific requirements, custom design and providing a completion timescale. The work was carried out to a high standard and completed within the day as scheduled. We are so pleased with the results. Thank you Darren and Voltage Electrical!

Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

Swapped a manual Thermostat for a digital one on the heating system. Had to cut open wall to mount wall box, was very neat and tidy. Also removed the unnecessary timer in the heating cupboard and installed a blanking plate without being asked which was a nice touch. Very polite and great service.

I had "Electrical Sockets" work-related issues in my kitchen 06/08/24. Sockets connecting with the fridge, micro wave, kettle, washing machine , ninja cooker were not functioning. The oven however was working. Mimi was the electrical personnel from A A electrical services who attended my property. Mimi was: - Came in with the proper tool bags. Disposable shoe covers , presentable work uniforms and well stoked tool bags. - Brilliant in keeping me informed of the issues. - Sought my permission i.e. at various times to do additional testing that required switching off the mains. - Polite and detailed in explaining to me the options I may need to take and their relative costs. - Excellent listener. She replied with respect to my enquirers. - Kept the work area tidy. I highly recommend Mimi and AA Electrical Services.

My most recent experience with AA Electrical services has been next to none. My partner and I have recently bought a flat that required quite a lot of work. They completed various works, ranging from fitting new electric radiators and various switches and sockets to fixing an issue with our main circuit board which would have caused us problems in the future. Furthermore after the collapse of carpet right they also helped finishing our flooring and carried out some other decorative works. All to a very high standard! We had Alex carry out most of the works for us from AA. He was absolutely brilliant! Could not recommend them enough!

Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and come to quote for the work, reworked things to get the work completed for us before Xmas, and sent across the certificate once the work was completed. We'll certainly be using them again whenever we need more electrical work done!

Simply outstanding service all the way through from my initial phone contact with Vikki who immediately understood what was required regarding my eletrical supply having been temporarily cut off by UK Power Networks and Christian who, the same day, attended my property to sort the problem and issue and email there and then, a certificate of minor works acceptable to UK Power Networks so they would then reconnect the electrical supply to my property. Highly recommended.

Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. How a company responds when an issue arises tells you a lot, and they were absolutely first rate. Thank you Max and team 🙏🙌☀️

I wanted a rather specialised solar system for which I'd tried to get other companies to quote for in the past. Max and his team came to do a site survey and after a few emails back and forth to iron out the details, they delivered me exactly what I wanted. Genuinely the nicest professional I’ve come across so far! We had to get a new electric job fitted and James from Copper Leaf was really responsive, popped over and took measurements, found a matching replacement and sent over a quote for the work within the day. We had to get a few quotes but after all the people came out, he seemed the most competent. After waiting almost a week for a quote from a couple of different electricians, it was an easy choice and James was incredibly prompt and got us up and running in no time. I have no hesitation in recommending their services if you’re in the Medway area!

Over the years we have had a lot of electrical work carried out by different electricians, some better than others. Matt carried out a full electrical survey of the house, identified a few faults, carried out some remedial work and fitted 2 external lights. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous in all his work, and it is nice to have everything working properly and know that it is all safe. Matt is highly professional, turned up exactly when he he said he would, and left all the areas where he worked clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.
