Jackson Electrical Services Ltd did a fantastic job of fixing a faulty cable in a difficult to access area of our kitchen, which was causing our circuit to trip. The whole process was so easy, with communication from James brilliant from the outset. He managed to squeeze us in during a very busy week and we couldn’t be more delighted with the thorough service, competitive prices and huge wealth of knowledge. We had a problem with lighting in our downstairs bathroom with the existing fitting tripping the consumer unit. Contacted Jackson Electricals and James was on the case immediately, arriving as he said he would at 9.00am the following morning. I cannot praise his work, attention to detail and prompt response too highly. James is the best electrician I’ve known since buying my first property in 1988. Jon has rewired and replaced all internal lighting and upgraded sockets. He installed a new socket for electronics halfway down a wall for my TV. He installed outside electric wire to an outbuilding with multiple sockets. He is easy to communicate, friendly and very reliable. I would recommend him and look forward to using his services in the future.

I had a major power outage, and had no idea what to do, I was recommended Jackson’s Electrics from a colleague of mine, he responded to my text within minutes (amazing) we then spoke about the issue he managed to squeeze me in the same day. I needed an electrical safety certificate for a house sale. The inspection highlighted some issues which needed to be addressed. Andy was quick to provide a quotation which was reasonable and was then able to carry out the work promptly which we needed as the sale was near completion. Andy and his team carried out the work to a high standard, were punctual and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend or employ again in the future.

I used Chapman Electrical to install solar panels. I found the team to be knowledgeable, professional, polite and conscientious. Andy provided great advice as to what system suited my needs and explained the whole process clearly. The installation took a few days and was completed by Jake. The whole team were efficient, tidy, friendly and competent. Once fitted Andy proved all the documentation needed to change energy supplier. Andy also checked in with a few days to make sure I was satisfied with the work, which I was. I would highly recommend this local firm for all aspects of electrical work.

A huge thank you to Matt, Sean, Chris, Lewis and the rest of the team for splitting our kids bedroom, moving lighting and sockets, plastering and certifying the electrics. M&S take great pride in their correspondence, cleanliness and quality of work. Everyone is friendly, approachable and I felt I could trust leaving my house in their hands. Matt kept in touch to check we were happy, along the way, and we never felt anything was too big an issue for him and his team. My kids now have their own bedrooms and it has given us a few more years in our home, which is exactly what we needed.

We have recently carried out a complete renovation of our flat, and Adam and his team at Electrically Sound have been working here for more than two weeks. In that time, they have always been friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Adam particularly is quite a rare find; a consummate "problem solver" who really seems to work miracles sometimes, when all had seemed lost! He is also unfailingly polite and cheerful, and he always does what he says he will do. Thoroughly recommended.

Had an emergency call out on a Sunday, no power at all. Adam showed up within half an hour and was done within an hour. He found and fixed the problem quickly, no time wasting, cannot fault the service. Price very good, no rip off. Will definitely use again.

Used Wirex Electrical Ltd a few times. As soon as I enquire about electrical works to be done on my caravan, they are quick to respond, with a price and time. George is very helpful and keeps me posted at all times. I have had a kitchen extractor fitted, a electrical safely check done and a bathroom extractor removed and new one fitted. George is very trustworthy as I'm not around when this work is being carried out. For me that counts for everything.

JAW Electrics recently did a complete rewire of my house and garage. Jamie and his team were reliable, professional, and very efficient in getting the job done. They also added a few extras that I hadn't thought of, and were very helpful with choosing lighting etc. They were very tidy and respectful of my property even though it was a complete tip when they arrived, and it was actually a pleasure to have them working in my house. Andrew has been to our house twice in the last couple of months to test our smoke alarm system and to install some new light fittings.
