Richard attended very promptly to resolve an "emergency" issue where my RCD kept switching everything off. Subsequently he came back and tidied up my garden electrics which were the root cause of the problem as well as changing my outside lighting. Prompt and efficient and pleased with the result.

I had an issue with bathroom and bedroom lights and Richard was able to fix and carry out the work same morning. All happy now and would definitely use RWD Electrical again. Richard is very knowledgeable and professional.

We contacted Richard firstly to complete a electrical survey on the house we were purchasing and then again to carry out the works which included a full rewire, installation of a new fire alarm system, removal of old/obsolete wiring, alarm systems and more. Can't recommend him highly enough, he had a team working on the weekend to help get us into our new home faster. We expected to have to do a lot of clean up once they had finished so we're pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned up and left virtually no remedial works for us to do. He was in constant contact throughout. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

We are new to the area and Pete has been a godsend. He’s carried out testing and investigation work on the whole house and helped us to map out a plan for tackling our project in phases. So far he’s helped us with two rooms which has included rewiring, moving and adding sockets, recessing sockets and switches (which were wall mounted), and installing spotlights. He’s booked in to do our living room soon. Pete is very transparent with pricing from the outset and is very fair and reasonable. He is also very upfront about what does and doesn’t need replacing / doing to help us stick to our budget. He’s really communicative and helpful (including with helping with our endless queries about the suitability of fittings we’re looking at). The plasterers we had to come round also commented on what a good job had been done on patching the walls back up after the cables had been chased in. I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pete. This is our first project like this and his knowledge and experience has been invaluable and reassuring. He’s also a really pleasant, polite and considerate person to have in the house. He also leaves the place spotless after each visit.

Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. Fab service! We needed to reduce lighting costs in our shop with most lighting being fluorescent. Chris replaced a 5’ fluorescent emergency light with a new LED unit & converted 12 T8 600x600 fluorescent grid fittings to LED tubes.On another visit he repositioned & converted another 4 T8 600x600 grid fittings to LED. He is also returning in the next few weeks to reposition & convert 4 more fittings in our stockroom & add a PIR to the circuit. Overall saving should be in the region of 60% on running costs on these fittings alone. Highly Recommended
