Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and come to quote for the work, reworked things to get the work completed for us before Xmas, and sent across the certificate once the work was completed. We'll certainly be using them again whenever we need more electrical work done!

Simply outstanding service all the way through from my initial phone contact with Vikki who immediately understood what was required regarding my eletrical supply having been temporarily cut off by UK Power Networks and Christian who, the same day, attended my property to sort the problem and issue and email there and then, a certificate of minor works acceptable to UK Power Networks so they would then reconnect the electrical supply to my property. Highly recommended.

I have employed the services of Electricare for some years now: for general household needs. This included, supplying and fitting an electric car charge point, fitting electric exterior plug in points plus fairy lights and a hanging lamp for a newly installed Gazebo. All the varying jobs have been carried out very efficiently, without fuss, by well presented men always arriving on agreed time. I know the job will be carried out 100% correctly. Paul and his colleague re-routed the house electric supply to make better use of an external 3 phase smart meter and avoid needing to use two old internal meters which also enabled an overhead supply cable to be removed. Paul had two visits pre work to plan and prepare. All work done professionally and to a high standard over 3 days. He offered to speak to Power Networks and EDF to help me deal with their questions. Hard working, tidy and open communication at all times. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent electricians who work to a high standard.

Very responsive and great service. Electricare came to fix a burned out underfloor heating system installed by another company. They diagnosed the problems and fixed it the same day. Also installed two outside lights for us during the same visit. We would definitely use them again.

Karen from Brightsparks was extremely helpful in choosing the right lights for what we needed. Charlie was / is a very fast, efficient and pleasant person to carry out the work.

Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. Karen and the team were polite and courteous, they are qualified to the highest levels as needed by the C of E and they provided all supporting documentation immediately on completion of the work. They are very experienced in working with churches.We would not hesitate to use the team in future and would recommend to other churches in the area, as well as residential properties.
