Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. INCREDIBLE JOB ! I have used Pete on other jobs before so had no hesitation of recommending him to my sister for her complete 'head to toe' rewire. As always Pete was hardworking, punctual, professional, clean, tidy, problem solving, polite and he always went over and beyond on what he had been asked to do to help. We are new to the area and Pete has been a godsend. He’s carried out testing and investigation work on the whole house and helped us to map out a plan for tackling our project in phases. So far he’s helped us with two rooms which has included rewiring, moving and adding sockets, recessing sockets and switches (which were wall mounted), and installing spotlights. He’s booked in to do our living room soon. Pete is very transparent with pricing from the outset and is very fair and reasonable. He is also very upfront about what does and doesn’t need replacing / doing to help us stick to our budget. He’s really communicative and helpful (including with helping with our endless queries about the suitability of fittings we’re looking at). The plasterers we had to come round also commented on what a good job had been done on patching the walls back up after the cables had been chased in. I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pete. This is our first project like this and his knowledge and experience has been invaluable and reassuring. He’s also a really pleasant, polite and considerate person to have in the house. He also leaves the place spotless after each visit.

Richard attended very promptly to resolve an "emergency" issue where my RCD kept switching everything off. Subsequently he came back and tidied up my garden electrics which were the root cause of the problem as well as changing my outside lighting. Prompt and efficient and pleased with the result.

We contacted Richard firstly to complete a electrical survey on the house we were purchasing and then again to carry out the works which included a full rewire, installation of a new fire alarm system, removal of old/obsolete wiring, alarm systems and more. Can't recommend him highly enough, he had a team working on the weekend to help get us into our new home faster. We expected to have to do a lot of clean up once they had finished so we're pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned up and left virtually no remedial works for us to do. He was in constant contact throughout. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. Karen and the team were polite and courteous, they are qualified to the highest levels as needed by the C of E and they provided all supporting documentation immediately on completion of the work. They are very experienced in working with churches.We would not hesitate to use the team in future and would recommend to other churches in the area, as well as residential properties.
