We have had solar panels for over 12 years and Python batteries for 5 years, we have been pleased with their performances but in winter the panels suffered from shading by our neighbours chimney. We wanted to even out the years production and decided the best place to put extra panels would be in a dead area of the garden. This would mean we produced more in winter but needed to upgrade the batteries to store the extra. We discussed our ideas with Richard who ran through all the pros and cons of our plan. We settled on the ground mounted 4KW system in the picture. It sits out the way in the garden and we are very pleased with its aesthetic and performance. The fitting team of Dave and TJ were fantastic, great guys to have on site. Friendly, helpful and very neat and tidy. From the first visit by Richard to the fitting, the very prompt back office emails and certificates etc. by Hollie and Ellie we have been truly impressed. A very efficient company, can not praise them enough. As for production and storage, this winter will be a lot better than last! Much less purchased from the grid.

They fitted solar panels on our unit in ramsgate, throughout the whole process they were informative on any questions we asked about battery storage and how the use the app that tells you what your solar panels are producing. Total Electrical Solutions were well recommended to us by work colleagues that had had solar panels installed already. We love ours now that they are all fitted, our system has an app where we can monitor our solar energy production and where it goes. The whole team were great. Very knowledgeable and approachable and more than happy to chat through what's best for us, our house and our needs with any questions answered quickly. We have used Wirex on several occasions and cannot fault their service. Liam, Alfie and Matt are all very nice guys and nothing is too much trouble but more importantly they are very good at their job. Unless I am totally convinced I never recommend anyone. I would have no hesitation in passing their number to all friends and family in fact, that is how I got their number. They are not the cheapest but are in no way the most expensive but they are very good value for money....and no, I have not been paid to write this but I would be happy for any commission coming my way. I have used this service twice to date and intend to continue doing so. I found David to be very responsive and professional. He even came out on Christmas morning when there was an unexpected loss of power. He was able to advise me how to upgrade my electrical system, provided timely quotes and invoices and was personable and easy to communicate with. His pricing was reasonable and his work was excellent. I would certainly recommend him especially to women who are afraid of being overcharged or provided with unnecessary works.

I cannot recommend Mark at White Spark highly enough, we were in the process of ripping out our kitchen & Mark hit the ground running, understanding the brief & what we wanted to achieve. Nothing was too much trouble & any extras we needed weren’t an issue. Due to a part of the kitchen being delivered late he had to make extra visits & again always arrived with a smile & got to work. A ceiling rose fixed for me, and My lights in my rooms look great, lounge light was a bit of a mission as a very old light but managed it beautifully and fixed new light sockets around the house for me.
