Excellent service! They were easy to talk to & came out very quickly. The existing door handle at our fireplace showroom snapped off. Access Lock & Key Service came out straight away to double-check what was needed. The next day they supplied & fitted a high-quality door handle which is strong & sturdy, far better than we have ever had before. Their invoice was also half of what we expected to pay for such a nice looking shop handle. We absolutely recommend these guys.

Ordered a duplicatew key for an obscure blank on-line with a photo of said key. They called me to double check the lock before cutting the key. Arrived the next day and was perfect. Highly reccomended.

I came to this shop with an unconventional issue involving my car keys, the cutting technician gave great advice which cost me nothing to resolve the problem short term while ordering parts with no garentee I'd even be back, as soon as the part where in called me straight back and fixed the larger problem saving me at least £150 quoted by other lock smiths and offered me further service again a fraction of the price from other providers, already recommended him to my colleges with similar problems and will absolutely be back, massive thank you to Ben!

After getting a quote for £250 we contacted walker security after I locked myself out. He was at my house within 10 minutes, I was in within 2 minutes. He was honestly a lovely man. I highly recommend to anyone. Genuinely caring.

A brilliant job done replacing my back door lock. After returning from holiday I discovered that the back door lock had seized and I couldn't undo the back door. I contacted Walker security services and the gentleman came the same day and spent a considerable amount of time disengaging the lock, fitting a new lock and sanding down the door to ensure it fitted perfectly. We’ve had to use John twice now and he’s is my first choice both time. My wife was locked in the house after the mechanism failing on the door. John came round within the hour and not only got the door working again he Managed to save us money by fixing the parts rather than telling is we needed new bit. He’s was also really good with my autistic son taking the time to answer all his questions which he had.

Fantastic service!! Our door lock broke on our way out of the house, googled local locksmith and Gary was with us within 20 minutes. Sorted our door, changed handles and made spare keys for us all in less than an hour. Lovely man, fantastic service, can’t recommend him enough!

This is the 2nd time Gary has come to the rescue. The 1st time was several years ago to replace a garage lock, and today to replace a front door lock. Both times Gary has been prompt, very professional and done a very good job at a reasonable price. There was good communication about the job, the price and time of arrival. I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either. I would definitely recommend Charlie, he was so polite, friendly, yet professional at all times. A real life saver!

Great needed a phone battery done quickly while you wait staff knowledgeable and skilled can't fault them. Good passport photo service too, they guarantee if the passport office reject them they will retake at no extra cost. Needed a loan phone while my other phone went away for a camera repair. Which was a decent replacement until my phone returned.

The heel on one of my shoes had unfortunately come off due to shoddy cobbling work by the manufacturer, and it was fairly uncomfortable to walk in. I visited Timpson on a whim to see if they could repair my shoe for a decent price. Ian (Timpson Staff) said he could fix my shoe easily with some glue and just nail the heel back on. He also informed me that he would make sure to do it on the other shoe as well just to make sure both shoes were even. To my surprise, he would repair my shoes free of cost and I was to return in 10-15 mins after doing some shopping etc. The shoes have been fixed to perfection and are even better than before, couldn't have had a more pleasant experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this Timpson.

I popped in to Timpsons in sainsburys westwood cross 4 days before Christmas, I needed 2 keys cut, Zayne served me and cut the keys but he wasn't sure they would work as they were not standard keys ,I went to pay and he told me to take them home and try them first ,I was amazed by his trust and said I would come back in if they worked ,which they did perfectly, I returned the next day to pay and took a box of sweets for Zayne he was glad to see me . What a wonderful experience just before Christmas thank you Zayne your customer service was excellent you made my day .
