Called at 11.20pm on a Friday night & they arrived before midnight. Asked useful questions on the phone so the quote given was accurate. Arrived, unlocked the door, did no damage to the door, frame or lock and gave me a theatre suggestion too! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service!! Our door lock broke on our way out of the house, googled local locksmith and Gary was with us within 20 minutes. Sorted our door, changed handles and made spare keys for us all in less than an hour. Lovely man, fantastic service, can’t recommend him enough!

Excellent service! They were easy to talk to & came out very quickly. The existing door handle at our fireplace showroom snapped off. Access Lock & Key Service came out straight away to double-check what was needed. The next day they supplied & fitted a high-quality door handle which is strong & sturdy, far better than we have ever had before. Their invoice was also half of what we expected to pay for such a nice looking shop handle. We absolutely recommend these guys.

I came to this shop with an unconventional issue involving my car keys, the cutting technician gave great advice which cost me nothing to resolve the problem short term while ordering parts with no garentee I'd even be back, as soon as the part where in called me straight back and fixed the larger problem saving me at least £150 quoted by other lock smiths and offered me further service again a fraction of the price from other providers, already recommended him to my colleges with similar problems and will absolutely be back, massive thank you to Ben!

I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. Excellent work! I wanted all the exterior locks changed as I’ve just moved in and wasn’t entirely sure I had all copies of the keys to the existing locks. Barry made quick work of changing two of the locks. The third was a bit problematic but he worked tirelessly to sort the issue and has left the lock in a better state than he found it. Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.
