John was so kind & helpful. He came out as a non urgent call-out to open my garage door. It was really tricky, requiring lots of different tricks to get it unlocked (linked to an electrical motor / fob / zapper). He was patient, friendly, professional & kept me updated throughout. Lovely fast service and a pleasure to deal with, John went over and above to source and replace two locks for me and before he left he quickly fixed a door handle for me that was hanging off precariously. I would highly recommend.

John arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired a multilock door which had a broken gearbox. It was too complicated for me to understand, let alone fix. He carried a spare identical gearbox in his van and was finished 30 minutes later. Excellent work and a very nice man.

Couldn’t recommend John more. He took on a job other locksmiths didn’t want to. Was upfront and honest about challenges and costs, knowledgeable and hardworking and a lovely chap to have in our home. We will 100% be having him back for future jobs!

Jamie was great from the beginning to the end. He was extremely friendly and polite. He did a great job in fixing my door, I believe he charged honestly, in comparison to other businesses. I had another locksmith who came the night before, who actually ruined my door further, and took money without even fixing the problem. Jamie was actually a God send, he waited till the door was fixed before taking any money and I will recommend to others.

A2 Car Keys - as a company, I honestly cannot recommend Mark highly enough. What a really genuine, decent and friendly guy! My elderly father has a 2010 VW Golf that one of the keys was very worn and stopped working. After reading the reviews of A2 Car Keys online I contacted Mark to book him to assemble a replacement key. My father shortly after, decided he'd like to arrange a new set of two keys for his car instead of just the one. Mark was prompt, turning up on the same afternoon we called him. Nothing was too much to ask - and he also advised on an option of two key types - one being a much better build/improved quality of car key as a replacement. We went with the improved quality keys and arranged two replacement for his Golf. Mark built them, programmed them, and also coded the original key to match in with the new ones too. The price of the work was really really reasonable. If any of you require car keys - as reiterated at the start of this review....I cannot recommend Mark highly enough! You wont be disappointed. Thank you once again Mark - everything was very much appreciated.

I had somehow managed to snap my steering wheel lock while trying to unlock it. I contacted Dan from DG Pro Locksmiths. He asked me to send a photo of the problem. Within 30 minutes, he came. He had to drill through the steering wheel lock to unlock it and he did all that within 15 minutes. He was also very thorough and made sure that he left the car clean. He is also very pleasant and polite. If we ever have any issues again (although I hope not!) he will be the person we will call on. He is highly recommended!

I highly recommend Jan! After explaining that our patio doors had been sealed shut by a previous tradesman and the lock was completely broken, he came the same day and tackled the tricky job with expertise. Excellent service and very knowledable! I needed a mortice lock changed on a timber front door. Shane was very easy to make contact with. I contacted him over WhatsApp and he responded within minutes. I told him what my needs were and he explained what the best option was. His price was reasonable and he was available almost immediately at a time that suited me. He came on time, carried out the work professionally and tidied up after the work was completed leaving it looking considerably better than the previous lock had likely ever looked!. He then took the time to explain to me how the lock worked, demonstrated it to me and made sure I knew how to use it. Throughout the process Shane was very polite and courteous. It was clear from the start that Shane knows what he's talking about and has years of experience. It's very hard to find tradesman that work to these standards so I'd have no hesitations in recommending him.

Highly recommend Shane called him out as I could not open UPV window. Thought I needed new lock. He came out and said I don’t need a new one it was just a stiff handle. Very honest man as he could have changed the handle and charged me. Will certainly recommend his company.

A true professional locksmith. I have a slightly strange security setup and Shane knew exactly the issue and how to resolve it before attending - others had failed to resolve the issue I was having.
